Description
以上詳述した本発明の実施形態によれば、以下のごとき構成を得ることができる。
前記電子走査式超音波振動子を構成する複数の圧電素子のそれぞれに接続された複数の信号線を有する超音波信号ケーブルと、
この超音波信号ケーブルを前記超音波観測機器に接続するための超音波コネクタと、
前記超音波信号ケーブルの複数の信号線を前記超音波コネクタにそれぞれ接続するための配線パターンが形成された略L字状のフレキシブル配線基板と、
このフレキシブル配線基板の一端面に前記超音波信号ケーブルの複数の信号線を前記配線パターンにそれぞれ接続させるための複数の配線ランドが形成され、その配線ランドが形成された部分を硬質化した第1の硬質基板部と、
前記フレキシブル配線基板の他端面に前記配線パターンを前記超音波コネクタに接続させるための複数のコネクタ接続ランドが形成され、そのコネクタ接続ランドが形成された部分を硬質化した第2の硬質基板部と、
を具備し、前記L字状フレキシブル配線基板を介して、前記第1の硬質基板部と第2の硬質基板部を対向するように変形可能なことを特徴とした超音波信号ケーブルコネクタ装置。

Claims (3)
- 体腔内に挿入される挿入部先端に設けられ、体腔内組織に対して超音波を発信すると共に、体腔内組織から反射された超音波を受信して超音波信号を生成する電子走査式超音波振動子を有する超音波内視鏡と、その超音波内視鏡の超音波振動子を駆動制御すると共に、生成された超音波信号から超音波画像信号を生成する超音波観測機器とからなる超音波内視鏡装置に用いる超音波信号ケーブルコネクタ装置において、
前記電子走査式超音波振動子を構成する複数の圧電素子のそれぞれに接続された複数の信号線を有する超音波信号ケーブルと、
この超音波信号ケーブルを前記超音波観測機器に接続するための超音波コネクタと、
前記超音波信号ケーブルの複数の信号線を前記超音波コネクタにそれぞれ接続するための配線パターンが形成された略L字状のフレキシブル配線基板と、
このフレキシブル配線基板の一端面に前記超音波信号ケーブルの複数の信号線を前記配線パターンにそれぞれ接続させるための複数の配線ランドが形成され、その配線ランドが形成された部分を硬質化した第1の硬質基板部と、
前記フレキシブル配線基板の他端面に前記配線パターンを前記超音波コネクタに接続させるための複数のコネクタ接続ランドが形成され、そのコネクタ接続ランドが形成された部分を硬質化した第2の硬質基板部と、
を具備し、前記L字状フレキシブル配線基板を介して、前記第1の硬質基板部と第2の硬質基板部を対向するように変形可能なことを特徴とした超音波信号ケーブルコネクタ装置。 - 前記第1の硬質基板部の表裏両面に、前記超音波信号ケーブルの信号線を接続するための複数の接続ランドを形成し、その第1の硬質基板部の裏面に形成された複数の接続ランドは、前記フレキシブル配線基板に設けられたスルーホールを有する配線パターンを介して前記第2の硬質基板部に接続されることを特徴とした請求項1記載の超音波信号ケーブルコネクタ装置。
- 前記第1の硬質基板部の幅方向と、前記第2の硬質基板部の長さ方向の寸法は、超音波内視鏡の挿入部内に設けられる超音波信号ケーブルチャンネルの内径以下とすることを特徴とした請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の超音波信号ケーブルコネクタ装置。
