Description
いくつかの経口摂取可能な装置においては、装置内の電子部品が、装置の異なる部品を含む何枚かの基板上に配置されてもよい。画像センサ、たとえばシリコンチップが1枚の基板上に配置され、画像を送信する送信機が別のプリント基板(PCB)上に配置されてもよい。
随意で、インビボ撮像装置は、少なくとも画像センサと、照明源とを備えてもよい。別の実施形態によれば、装置はまた、画像センサなどのセンサから受信システムに信号を送信するための送信機を備えてもよい。
別の実施形態において、システムの様々な部品が回路基板上に取り付けられ、必要に応じて折り畳まれてもよい。
また、本発明のいくつかの実施形態の装置および方法は、装置の主要な部品に対して、それらが組み立てられるとともにシステムへ組み込まれた後でも容易なアクセスを可能にすることができる。
また、本発明の実施形態に係る装置は、軽量かつ可撓性を有しており、特定のニーズや実施される処置の要求に応じて、形状および機能の迅速な変形および調整を可能にすることができる。
ここで図2を参照するが、図2は、本発明の実施形態に係る取付部62および64、基部36および38、ならびに、たとえば撮像装置4に挿入される前の開いた状態にある回路基板30を示す概略図である。撮像装置4は、取付部62および64、レンズホルダ54および56の基部36および38、回路基板30、ならびに/または他の部品もしくは撮像装置4の構造的嵌合要素を位置合わせし、図3を参照して以下により詳細に説明するように、導電材料22、コネクタピン24、および/または接触クリップ52などの接続要素が取り付けられることによって組み立てまたは製造されてもよい。組み立ての前に、接触クリップ52は、平坦、湾曲、屈曲、または適切な形状を有してもよい。接触クリップ52は、加圧、曲げ、はんだ付け、または成形によって、組み立てられた部品を嵌合または保持するように取り付けられてもよい。
Claims (6)
- 照明源を有する取付部であって、前記照明源は前記取付部に対し電気的に接続された取付部と、
回路基板部を有する回路基板であって、前記回路基板部は光学撮像器を有する回路基板と、
前記取付部と前記回路基板部との間に配置され、レンズホルダを有する基部と、
電源と電気的に接続された接触クリップであって、前記接触クリップは、前記基部を前記取付部と前記回路基板部との間に配置したまま構造的に前記取付部を前記回路基板部に固定すると共に、前記取付部と前記回路基板部とを電気的に接続する接触クリップと、
第2照明源を有する第2取付部であって、前記第2照明源は前記第2取付部に対し電気的に接続された第2取付部と、
第2光学撮像器を有する第2回路基板部と、
前記第2取付部と前記第2回路基板部との間に配置され、第2レンズホルダを有する第2基部と、
電源と電気的に接続された第2接触クリップであって、前記第2接触クリップは、前記第2基部を前記第2取付部と前記第2回路基板部との間に配置したまま構造的に前記第2取付部を前記第2回路基板部に固定すると共に、前記第2取付部と前記第2回路基板部とを電気的に接続する第2接触クリップとを備え、
前記回路基板は、前記回路基板部と第2回路基板部とを接続する可撓性部分を有しているインビボ撮像装置。 - 請求項1に記載の撮像装置において、
前記レンズホルダ及び第2レンズホルダのそれぞれは、前記各基部に接続されている撮像装置。 - 請求項1に記載の撮像装置において、
前記基部及び第2基部のそれぞれは、前記各レンズホルダの構成要素である撮像装置。 - 請求項1に記載の撮像装置において、
前記取付部及び第2取付部のそれぞれは、環状に配置された複数の照明源を有している撮像装置。 - 請求項4に記載の撮像装置において、
前記光学撮像器及び第2光学撮像器のそれぞれは、前記複数の照明源の各環の中央に配置されている撮像装置。 - 請求項1に記載の撮像装置において、
前記照明源及び第2照明源のそれぞれは、発光ダイオードからなる撮像装置。
