Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、車両のシートに組立てられて、乗客の体重を感知する体重感知センサと、上記体重感知センサを上記シートに組立てるための第1ブラケット及び第2ブラケットを含み、上記体重感知センサは、その長手方向が上記シートと水平な方向に組立てられ、上記第1ブラケットと上記体重感知センサとの間には、上記体重感知センサの組立誤差を吸収するための第1ダンパーが配置される。

Claims (11)
- 車両のシートに組立てられ、乗客の体重を感知する体重感知センサと、
前記体重感知センサを前記シートに組立てるための第1ブラケット及び第2ブラケットを含み、
前記体重感知センサは、その長手方向が前記シートと水平な方向に配置されることを特徴とする乗客識別装置。 - 前記第1ブラケットと前記体重感知センサとの間に配置されて、前記体重感知センサの組立誤差を吸収するための第1ダンパーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗客識別装置。
- 前記第1ブラケットは、シートフレームに組立てられ、前記第2ブラケットは、スライディングブラケットに組立てられ、上記第1ブラケットと上記第2ブラケットとの間には、上記体重感知センサの組立誤差を吸収するための第1ダンパーが配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗客識別装置。
- 前記体重感知センサと前記第1ダンパーとの間に配置されて、前記第1ダンパーの揺れを防止する第1スリーブをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の乗客識別装置。
- 前記第1ダンパーは、前記第1ブラケットと接触される外周面が前記第1ブラケットから遠ざかるほど直径が大きくなるフォーミング部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の乗客識別装置。
- 前記第1ブラケットには、前記フォーミング部と接触される部分が前記フォーミング部と対応する形状で折り曲げられた折曲部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の乗客識別装置。
- 前記第2ブラケットと前記体重感知センサとの間に配置されて、前記体重感知センサの組立誤差を吸収し、前記組立誤差により発生される接触騒音を防止するための第2ダンパーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の乗客識別装置。
- 前記体重感知センサと前記第2ダンパーとの間に配置されて、前記第2ダンパーの揺れを防止する第2スリーブをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の乗客識別装置。
- 前記体重感知センサを前記第1、2ブラケットに組付ける締結部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の乗客識別装置。
- 前記締結部材は、上記体重感知センサの両端に組付けられるナットである請求項9に記載の乗客識別装置。
- 前記第1ダンパーは、ゴム材質であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の乗客識別装置。
