Abstract
金属管の残厚を測定する際に腐食部の厚さを誤差要因であるエネルギー遷移や管内・外面の散乱状況を排除して平面撮像から定量的に評価する方法が無かった。
【解決手段】
放射線量を蓄積できる輝尽性蛍光媒体を表面に塗布したイメージングプレートを用いた1回の撮影結果から、金属管の長軸方向または周方向のイメージングプレートの測定輝度値の相関回帰式と減肉の無い場合の放射線透過厚さを用いて減肉があるときの金属管の残厚を定量化する。

Description
図6に示すX軸の輝度測定線の読み取り輝度値のグラフが図7である。図7の両端の輝度値の高い部分が撮影体の板厚が写しだされる管径・管厚部分であり、この部分を除いた図8のデータから回帰式を作成する。
yとy0とxの関係は被写体による放射線の減衰によるものとして、放射線減弱の物理的性状である指数関数回帰式を作成する。
式(1)にそれぞれの条件を代入し、Aを求める。

Claims (2)
- 放射線透過撮影による金属管の腐食による残厚測定において、放射線量を蓄積できる輝尽性蛍光媒体を表面に塗布したイメージングプレートを用いた1回の撮影結果から、金属管の長軸方向または周方向のイメージングプレートの測定輝度値の相関回帰式と減肉の無い場合の放射線透過厚さを用いて減肉があるときの金属管の残厚を定量化することを特徴とする金属管の残厚推定方法。
- 請求項1に記載の残厚推定方法において、計算に使用する透過厚さが不明の場合に、板厚の異なる部分を持つ試験片を同時にイメージングプレートに撮影することによって放射線透過厚さを求めることを特徴とする金属管の残厚推定方法。
