Abstract
【解決手段】 取付け部材(23)と支持部材(24)を相互に間隔をおいて固定するための装置であって、取付けナット(1)と、調整ブッシュ(5)と、固定ねじ(26)とを有し、前記取付けナットは第1の捻れ方向の内ネジ(9)を有し、前記調整ブッシュは前記内ネジ(9)に適合した外ねじ(8)を有し、前記固定ねじのボルト軸部(25)は、前記第1の捻れ方向に対して反対の第2の捻れ方向の外ねじ(27)により形成されている。前記調整ブッシュ(5)は内側スリーブ(13)により形成されており、該内側スリーブは、補強ゾーン(17)と適合ゾーン(18)からなる構成を備えたヘッド区間(15)を有し、前記補強ゾーン(17)は、半径方向で外に向かって配向された拡張部に対して、前記適合ゾーン(18)よりも大きな抵抗を有する。

Claims (6)
- 取付け部材(23)と支持部材(24)を相互に間隔をおいて固定するための固定装置であって、
取付けナット(1)と、調整ブッシュ(5)と、固定ねじ(26)とを備え、
前記取付けナット(1)は、支持部材(24)と固定的に結合可能であり、かつ第1の捻れ方向の内ネジ(9)を有し、
前記調整ブッシュ(5)は、前記取付けナット(1)の前記内ネジ(9)に適合した外ねじ(8)を有して前記取付けナット(1)にねじ込むことができ、
前記固定ねじ(26)はボルト軸部(25)を有し、かつ前記取付け部材(23)を前記調整ブッシュ(5)と接続するためのものであり、
前記ボルト軸部(25)は、前記第1の捻れ方向とは反対の第2の捻れ方向の外ねじ(27)を備え、かつ前記取付けナット(1)と前記調整ブッシュ(5)とに設けられたボルト導通路(10)を通して導入可能であり、
前記調整ブッシュ(5)はチャンネル区間(12)を有し、
該チャンネル区間は前記ボルト導通路(10)の一部を形成し、その内径は前記ボルト軸部(25)の外径よりも小さい形式の固定装置において、
前記調整ブッシュ(5)は内側に内側スリーブ(13)を備えて形成されており、
該内側スリーブは、補強ゾーン(17)と適合ゾーン(18)とが交番する構成を備えたヘッド区間(15)を有し、
前記補強ゾーン(17)は、半径方向で外に向かって配向された拡張部に対して、前記適合ゾーン(18)よりも大きな抵抗を有する、
ことを特徴とする固定装置。 - 請求項1記載の固定装置において、
前記内側スリーブ(13)はブッシュ本体(6)の、当接フランジ部(7)の側に成形されており、
前記当接フランジ部は、前記取付けナット(1)とは反対側の前記調整ブッシュ(5)の端部に形成されており、少なくとも部分的に前記調整ブッシュ(5)の外ねじ(8)よりも半径方向に越えて突出している、ことを特徴とする固定装置。 - 請求項2記載の固定装置において、
前記ヘッド区間(15)と前記当接フランジ部(7)との間に、前記当接フランジ部(7)から前記ヘッド区間(15)に向かって円錐形で先細の脚区間(14)が延在しており、
該脚区間は、長手方向に前記適合ゾーン(18)に対向する複数の弱化切欠部(21)を有する、ことを特徴とする固定装置。 - 請求項3記載の固定装置において、
前記適合ゾーン(18)はそれぞれ、2つの縁部脚部(19)と1つのベース区間(20)によりU字形に構成されており、
前記縁部脚部(19)はそれぞれ隣接する補強ゾーン(17)に接続しており、
前記ベース区間(20)は半径方向で補強ゾーン(17)よりもさらに外側に配置されている、ことを特徴とする固定装置。 - 請求項1から4までのいずれか一項記載の固定装置において、
前記補強ゾーン(17)は、前記適合ゾーン(18)よりも大きな材料厚さを有する、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1から5までのいずれか一項記載の固定装置において、
前記取付けナット(1)は、ボルト軸部(26)に比して軟らかいプラスチックから作製されており、かつチャンネル区間(16)を有し、
該チャンネル区間(16)は前記ボルト導通路(10)の一部を形成し、
該ボルト導通路の一部の内径は前記ボルト軸部(25)の外径よりも小さく、これにより前記固定ねじ(26)のボルト軸部(25)の外ねじ(27)により、前記取付けナット(1)のチャンネル区間(16)に内ネジを形成することができる、ことを特徴とする固定装置。
