Abstract

Description
本發明係關於一種如申請專利範圍第1項之前序部分所記載之自攻螺絲。
藉由習知的方式,例如參照歐洲專利EP 0948 719 B1,螺絲,特別是用於擰入塑膠的螺絲包含驅動部及螺紋螺桿。該螺絲亦包含主螺紋,其中主螺紋具有最大主螺紋外徑。主螺紋具有承載區域及攻絲區域,其中攻絲區域止於完整製成陰螺紋的螺紋牙位置。
螺絲在其螺桿上在其背離驅動部的末端處具有螺絲尾端,其中螺絲尾端的直徑為最大主螺紋外徑的至少20%。
本發明之目的係提供一種改善旋入行為的螺絲。
本發明用以達成上述目的之解決手段為申請專利範圍第1項的特徵部分所記載之特徵結合其前序部分。
本發明的有利改進手段參閱從屬請求項。
根據本發明提出,螺桿進一步在螺絲尾端的區域內具有裝配螺紋,其中裝配螺紋包含至少兩個裝配螺紋牙。裝配螺紋牙的外徑達最大主螺紋外徑的至多90%。如此,螺絲上形成裝配區域,在該裝配區域內,裝配螺紋牙具有相同的直徑曲線,而且在該裝配區域內,主螺紋的直徑小於或等於裝配螺紋牙的直徑。
如此優勢在於,裝配螺紋牙實現快速的直插到零件、特別是塑膠零件中的預孔,使得攻絲區域後續的承載區域儘量準確地定向,如此即能遵循由攻絲區域預攻絲的陰螺紋,從而在旋入過程中減小摩擦。
根據本發明的有利實施手段,裝配區域內的主螺紋具有與裝配螺紋相同的直徑。如此,該區域內的主螺紋可執行裝配螺紋牙的功能並確保均勻地抵接螺絲旋入的預孔的孔壁。如此設計的具有兩個裝配螺紋牙的主螺紋特別是可實現螺絲的理想對中和定向。
作為替代手段可以提出,設置三個裝配螺紋牙,其中裝配區域內的主螺紋的直徑小於裝配螺紋的直徑。在本實施方式中,裝配螺紋牙僅執行對中功能,之後主螺紋才攻絲陰螺紋。
理想地,裝配螺紋牙在螺絲尾端的區域內始於桿芯並且其直徑從桿芯開始逐漸擴大。如此就確保在裝配期間均勻又快速地對中螺絲。
特定而言,裝配區域內具有相同外徑的螺紋在圓周上均勻分佈。此點同樣支持螺絲的對中。
可進一步提出,螺絲尾端的直徑為主螺紋外徑的至少 30%,至少40%,至少50%,至少60%。藉由此種方式,形成鈍頭螺絲尾端,以便在引入很短距離後就能藉由預孔給予引導。
特別理想地,裝配區域中的全部螺紋牙的始端在同一橫截面內。藉由此種方式,在整個裝配區域上,能夠確保裝配區域內的螺紋牙均衡地抵接。
根據另一有利實施手段,裝配區域內的全部螺紋可具有相同的螺紋構型,特別是相同的螺紋牙型。
理想地,裝配螺紋直接連接至螺絲尾端。如此即能快速地實現對中功能。
作為替代手段,裝配螺紋可始於與螺絲尾端間隔的位置。藉由此種方式,朝向螺絲尾端的區域可執行探測功能。
裝配螺紋及主螺紋可為滾軋螺紋,據此實現低成本的製造。
裝配螺紋及主螺紋在裝配區域內的牙側角可比在裝配區域外的主螺紋的牙側角更鈍。如此即能具體考慮裝配區域的對中功能與主螺紋的攻絲功能。
在裝配螺紋達其最大外徑後,該裝配螺紋可能突然終止。如此會減小摩擦,特別是在旋入狹窄的預孔時。
可以進一步提出,裝配螺紋至多延伸兩圈。如此即確保足夠的引導,而仍能保證有效的螺接。
根據本發明,亦可存在螺紋的中斷,其中螺紋外徑的插值曲線保持不變。
根據本發明,最大主螺紋外徑位於攻絲區域內,據此可進一步減小旋入力矩,而承載區域內的外徑更小。結果,攻絲區域後續的承載區域的螺紋圈旋入稍大攻絲的陰螺紋中,據此減小螺紋牙的摩擦。此在旋入塑膠時特別積極地發揮作用。
理想地,最大主螺紋外徑的區域內的螺紋橫截面型廓至少在其螺紋橫截面型廓的徑向外部區域內大於承載區域在該區域內的螺紋橫截面型廓。
該徑向外部區域約在最大主螺紋直徑的85%處。

圖1係根據本發明的具有螺桿14及驅動部12的自攻螺絲 10。螺紋螺桿14承載主螺紋16,該主螺紋16具有攻絲區域F及承載區域T。攻絲區域F止於製成完整陰螺紋的主螺紋16的位置,後接承載區域T。此是在主螺紋16從螺絲18的自由端開始旋轉約兩圈之後。
於本實施例中,攻絲區域F與承載區域T是相同螺紋牙的一部分,從而承載區域T與攻絲區域F之間沒有具體過渡。根據本發明,在螺絲中與驅動部相反的尾端,即「尖端」,設置裝配區域AB。於本實施例中,裝配區域AB如此形成:兩個裝配螺紋牙20a、20b直接在螺絲尾端18處從螺芯開始上升,並且其直徑DAA向驅動部12的方向直至裝配區域AB的末端逐漸擴大。裝配螺紋牙20a、20b在裝配區域AB的末端具有其最大外徑DAA。該外徑小於主螺紋18的直徑DAF的90%。相應地,裝配螺紋20可避免影響保持性能,而可以促進螺絲10的對中直插。主螺紋16在裝配區域AB內的曲線與裝配螺紋牙20a、20b相同。
圖2示出大致在裝配區域AB中間的橫截面B-B。該橫截面顯示裝配螺紋牙20a、20b及主螺紋16。全部螺紋牙在該位置具有相同的直徑DAA。直徑DAA從螺絲尾端開始向驅動部的方向逐漸增大,但該直徑在裝配區域AB內的每個橫截面中相同。
圖3係根據本發明的螺絲的另一實施手段的側視圖,其中設置三個裝配螺紋20a、20b、20c,並且裝配區域AB內的主螺紋32具有比裝配螺紋20a、20b、20c更小的直徑。
主螺紋32就在裝配區域AB內始於裝配螺紋牙20a、20b、20c之間並且其直徑漸增,使得其在裝配區域AB的末端達到裝配螺紋牙20a、20b、20c的直徑。裝配螺紋20從裝配區域AB的末端開始終 止,而主螺紋32繼續沿螺桿延伸。在圖4a中的橫截面A-A中針對裝配區域AB的末端示出螺紋牙的直徑,而在圖4b中示出螺桿的橫截面B-B。
另外,主螺紋32在螺絲頭方向上繼裝配區域AB之後具有成形區域F與承載區域T。
最大主螺紋外徑DAF位於成形區域F內,之後根據成形區域F製成陰螺紋。成形區域在驅動部方向上後續的承載區域T的外徑DAT小於最大主螺紋外徑DAF。據此在旋入過程中減小攻絲區域F後續的承載區域T的摩擦。就此產生低旋入力矩。
不言而喻,本發明進一步關於具有參照圖1構造的成形區域F及參照圖3構造的主螺紋32的螺絲,該主螺紋32具有成形區域F內的最大主螺紋外徑DAF及承載區域內的較小外徑DAT。
圖4a示出螺桿在裝配區域AB末端處的橫截面A-A。全部螺紋在該位置具有相同的外徑DAA。
圖4b示出大致在裝配區域AB中間的橫截面B-B。從圖中可清楚地看出,主螺紋32位於由裝配螺紋牙20a、20b、20c限定的外徑DAA內。
圖5係主螺紋的成形區域內的螺紋牙型輪廓與承載區域內的螺紋牙型輪廓之比較。圖5進一步示出,最大主螺紋外徑DAF的區域內的螺紋橫截面型廓38至少在其螺紋橫截面型廓的徑向外部區域E內大於承載區域T在該區域E內的螺紋橫截面型廓36。

Claims (17)
