Abstract

一種水泥螺絲,包含一螺頭、一自該螺頭沿一軸線一體延伸的螺桿、一螺旋環設於該螺桿上的第一螺牙、二彼此相鄰與該第一螺牙間隔且螺旋環設於該螺桿上的第二螺牙,及一自該第一螺牙朝向該螺桿的一端一體螺旋延伸的第三螺牙。其中,該第一螺牙具有一上牙面、一相反於該上牙面的下牙面,及多個彼此間隔且呈凹陷狀的齒狀凹槽。該上牙面與該螺桿相接處形成一倒弧區,且該上牙面與該下牙面為非對稱狀。在該水泥螺絲鎖入的過程中,截面呈圓弧狀的該第三螺牙能產生萬向的導正功能,導正該水泥螺絲的鎖入方向,避免因歪斜而破壞水泥組織,且能減少摩擦力、降低旋入扭力。

Description

水泥螺絲
本發明是有關於一種螺絲,特別是指一種水泥螺絲。
參閱圖1,為一習知的水泥螺絲1,包含一螺頭11、一自該螺頭11一體延伸的螺桿12、一螺旋環設於該螺桿12上的第一螺牙13,及一螺旋環設於該螺桿12上,且與該第一螺牙13交錯間隔的第二螺牙14。其中,該第一螺牙13的外徑大於該第二螺牙14。
該水泥螺絲1鎖入混凝土時,該第一螺牙13及該第二螺牙14皆是藉著角度較為尖銳的外周緣,產生導引以及切削鎖入的效果,但也由於該第一螺牙13及該第二螺牙14之外周緣的尖銳角度,使得該水泥螺絲1自該螺桿12遠離該螺頭11之尾端121開始鎖入時,難以確實維持該水泥螺絲1整體的平衡,在鎖入時容易歪斜而破壞鎖入的水泥組織,使該水泥螺絲1受到的摩擦阻力過大,隨著鎖入深度增加,也需要更大的旋入扭力,才能克服越來越大的摩擦力,導致作業費時費力,也因而產生鎖入後歪斜的情況。
參閱圖2,為另一種習知的水泥螺絲2,包含一螺頭21、一自該螺頭21一體延伸的螺桿22、一螺旋環設於該螺桿22上的第一螺紋23、一螺旋環設於該螺桿22上並與該第一螺紋23相鄰的第二螺紋24,及一螺旋環設於該螺桿22上並相鄰於該第二螺紋24的第三螺紋25。其中,該第一螺紋23、該第二螺紋24,及該第三螺紋25的外徑依序變小,且該第一螺紋23包括多個螺旋延伸且彼此間隔的螺牙部231,及多個分別位於相鄰螺牙部231之間的平整部232。
該水泥螺絲2鎖入混凝土時,該第一螺紋23、該第二螺紋24,及該第三螺紋25雖得以藉著外徑大小,也就是牙山高度的依序改變而產生漸進的導引效果,但該第一螺紋23靠近該螺桿22之末端221的螺牙部231,其截面亦是呈外周角度較為尖銳的形態,故仍難以克服鎖入時容易產生歪斜的缺點。況且,該第一螺紋23的該等平整部232,無法有效容納切削產生的粉屑,因而影響鎖入的順暢度,造成施工費時費力,使得作業效率低落。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種能產生導正功能而防止在鎖入時歪斜,且使鎖入過程更順利的水泥螺絲。
於是,本發明水泥螺絲,包含一螺頭、一自該螺頭沿一軸線一體延伸的螺桿、一螺旋環設於該螺桿上的第一螺牙、二彼此相鄰且螺旋環設於該螺桿上並與該第一螺牙相間隔的第二螺牙,及一自該第一螺牙一體螺旋延伸,且截面是呈圓弧狀的第三螺牙。
該螺桿具有一位於該螺頭之相反端的平錐部,該第三螺牙是朝向該螺桿之平錐部一體螺旋延伸。而該第一螺牙具有一上牙面、一相反於該上牙面的下牙面,及多個彼此間隔且呈凹陷狀的齒狀凹槽。該上牙面與該螺桿相接處形成一平滑銜接的倒弧區(Fillet),且該上牙面與該下牙面為非對稱狀。
本發明之功效在於:該水泥螺絲在鎖入過程中,截面呈圓弧狀的該第三螺牙具有萬向的導正功能,可導正該水泥螺絲的鎖入方向,避免在歪斜的狀況鎖入而破壞水泥組織,能有效減少鎖入過程中的摩擦力,且降低旋入扭力。該第一螺牙的該等齒狀凹槽能在切削水泥組織的同時容置水泥屑,使該水泥螺絲鎖入更加順利,而該第一螺牙的該上牙面與該螺桿相接處形成的該倒弧區,可支撐鎖合時產生的應力,避免該水泥螺絲在鎖合時因應力集中而斷裂。而該等第二螺牙能產生輔助導引該水泥螺絲的鎖入方向,達到穩固、平衡的效果,有效避免該水泥螺絲鎖入歪斜。另外,由於該第一螺牙之該上牙面與該下牙面彼此呈非對稱狀,可藉此增加該第一螺牙與水泥組織的嚙合力,鎖合至水泥組織後更穩固,進而提高抗拉力及承載力,維持結構安全。
在本發明被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
參閱圖3與圖4,為本發明水泥螺絲3之一第一實施例,該第一實施例包含一螺頭31、一自該螺頭31沿一軸線L一體延伸的螺桿32、一螺旋環設於該螺桿32上的第一螺牙33、二彼此相鄰且螺旋環設於該螺桿32上並與該第一螺牙33相間隔的第二螺牙34,及一自該第一螺牙33一體螺旋延伸,且截面是呈圓弧狀的第三螺牙35。如圖5所示,每一第二螺牙34的外徑R2小於該第一螺牙33的外徑R1,且每一第二螺牙34的底徑r2大於該第一螺牙33的底徑r1。
參閱圖3與圖4,該螺桿32具有一位於該螺頭31之相反端的平錐部321,該第三螺牙35是朝向該螺桿32之平錐部321一體螺旋延伸,且螺旋延伸於該螺桿32半圈。其中,該第三螺牙35的外徑是自該第一螺牙33往該螺桿32之平錐部321逐漸變小。藉由該第三螺牙35概呈圓弧狀且外徑自該平錐部321起逐漸變大的設計,在該第一實施例鎖入時,具有萬向的導正功能,可導正該水泥螺絲3的鎖入方向,避免在歪斜的狀況鎖入而破壞水泥組織,能有效減少鎖入過程中的摩擦力,且降低旋入扭力。
參閱圖6,該第一螺牙33具有一上牙面331、一相反於該上牙面331的下牙面332,及多個彼此間隔且呈凹陷狀的齒狀凹槽333,該等齒狀凹槽333至少分布延伸該第一螺牙33的一圈,藉此使該第一實施例在鎖入時得以有平均的切割效果。除此之外,該等齒狀凹槽333還能在切削水泥組織的同時容置水泥屑,使該第一實施例鎖入更加順利。在該第一實施例鎖入的過程中,該等第二螺牙34能同時產生輔助導引鎖入方向的效果,達到使該第一實施例穩固、平衡的效果,有效避免該第一實施例鎖入時歪斜。
該第一螺牙33的上牙面331與該螺桿32相接處形成一呈平滑銜接的倒弧區302,可支撐鎖合時產生的應力,避免該第一實施例在鎖合時因應力集中而斷裂。該上牙面331與該下牙面332為非對稱狀,定義一垂直於該軸線L且通過該螺桿32的基準面A,該下牙面332與該基準面A的夾角α大於該上牙面331與該基準面A的夾角β。藉由該第一螺牙33之該上牙面331與該下牙面332彼此呈非對稱狀的設計,能增加該第一螺牙33與水泥組織的嚙合力,使該第一實施例鎖合至水泥組織後更穩固,進而提高承載力和抗拉力,維持結構安全。
參閱圖7,為本發明水泥螺絲3的一第二實施例,該第二實施例與該第一實施例的差別在於:該螺桿32包括一鄰近於該螺頭31的無牙段322,及一介於該無牙段322與該平錐部321之間的鎖合段323,該第一螺牙33、該等第二螺牙34,及該第三螺牙35皆是設置於該鎖合段323上。該第二實施例的該第一螺牙33、該等第二螺牙34,以及該第三螺牙35的設計皆與該第一實施例相同,故得以達成與該第一實施例相同的功效。除此之外,該第二實施例的該無牙段322能配合工程需求,在該鎖合段323鎖入後顯露於外部,供連接其他工程用的元件。
綜上所述,本發明水泥螺絲3,能藉由該第三螺牙35產生萬向的導正效果,配合該等第二螺牙34的輔助導引效果,有效防止鎖入時產生歪斜的情況,達到平衡的效果,且透過該第一螺牙33的設計,除了能以該等齒狀凹槽333產生平均的切割效果並容置產生的粉屑,還能藉由該上牙面331及該下牙面332的不對稱設計,達成增加嚙合力而提高穩固性的目的,進而提高承載力和抗拉力且維持結構安全,故確實能達成本發明之目的。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種水泥螺絲,包含: 一螺頭; 一螺桿,自該螺頭沿一軸線一體延伸,並具有一位於該螺頭之相反端的平錐部; 一第一螺牙,螺旋環設於該螺桿上,並具有一上牙面、一相反於該上牙面的下牙面,及多個彼此間隔且呈凹陷狀的齒狀凹槽,該上牙面與該螺桿相接處形成一平滑銜接的倒弧區,且該上牙面與該下牙面為非對稱狀; 二第二螺牙,彼此相鄰且螺旋環設於該螺桿上,並與該第一螺牙相間隔;及 一第三螺牙,自該第一螺牙朝向該螺桿之平錐部一體螺旋延伸,且截面是呈圓弧狀。
  2. 如請求項1所述的水泥螺絲,其中,每一第二螺牙的外徑小於該第一螺牙的外徑。
  3. 如請求項1所述的水泥螺絲,其中,每一第二螺牙的底徑大於該第一螺牙的底徑。
  4. 如請求項1所述的水泥螺絲,其中,該螺桿包括一鄰近於該螺頭的無牙段,及一介於該無牙段與該平錐部之間的鎖合段,該第一螺牙、該第二螺牙,及該第三螺牙皆是設置於該鎖合段上。
  5. 如請求項1所述的水泥螺絲,定義一垂直於該軸線且通過該螺桿的基準面,其中,該下牙面與該基準面的夾角大於該上牙面與該基準面的夾角。
  6. 如請求項1所述的水泥螺絲,其中,該等齒狀凹槽至少分布延伸該第一螺牙的一圈。
  7. 如請求項1所述的水泥螺絲,其中,該第三螺牙螺旋延伸於該螺桿半圈。
  8. 如請求項1所述的水泥螺絲,其中,該第三螺牙的外徑是自該第一螺牙往該螺桿之平錐部逐漸變小。
