Description
a)触媒の成分及び/又はその出発化合物の溶液又は懸濁液を調製する工程と、
b)塩基を添加することにより上記の溶液から固体を沈殿させ、必要により、沈殿生成物を触媒の他の成分及び/又はその出発化合物と混合する工程と、
c)固体を除去し、そして乾燥する工程と、
d)必要により、固体をか焼する工程と、
e)固体をタブレットに付形する工程と、
f)必要により、タブレットをか焼する工程と、
を含み、且つ2つのか焼工程d)又はf)の少なくとも一方が行われる。
a)触媒の成分及び/又はその可溶性出発化合物の溶液を調製する工程と、
b)予め付形された担体に上記の溶液を含浸させる工程と、
c)含浸された担体を乾燥する工程と、
d)含浸され且つ乾燥された担体をか焼する工程と、
を含む。
C2流中におけるアセチレンのエチレンへの選択的な水素化を、エタンの形成を最小限にして行う場合(方法におけるこの実施形態は、以後に簡単に“方法A”と称する)、
C3流中におけるプロピン及び/又はプロパジエンを選択的に水素化して、プロパンの形成を最小限にしてプロピレンを得る場合(“方法B”)、
C4流中における1−ブチン、2−ブチン、1,2−ブタジエン及び/又はビニルアセチレンを選択的に水素化して、1,3−ブタジエン、1−ブテン、cis−及び/又はtrans−2−ブテンを得る場合(“方法C”)、
C4流中における1−ブチン、2−ブチン、1,2−ブタジエン、1,3−ブタジエン及び/又はビニルアセチレンを選択的に水素化して、ブタジエンリッチなC4流中(“粗C4留分”)又は低ブタジエンC4流中(“ラフィネートI”)において、1−ブテン、cis−及び/又はtrans−2−ブテンを得る場合(“方法D”)、及び
C5+流中における不飽和化合物及び/又は芳香族化合物の不飽和置換基を選択的に水素化して、より高度に飽和された化合物及び/又は芳香族環の水素化を最小限にして、より高度に飽和された置換基を有する芳香族化合物を得る場合(“方法E”)、
であり、各々の場合で、上述の触媒を使用する。
撹拌器が具備された加熱可能な10L(リットル)の沈殿容器に、最初に、1.2Lの水を充填し、そして70℃に加熱した。次に、硝酸における金属ニトレート溶液が、これにより調製される触媒A〜Dの、以下の表1に規定される組成を達成するのに必要とされる量で、撹拌しながら計量導入された。これと同時に、20質量%の炭酸ナトリウム溶液が、6.5のpHを沈殿容器中で維持するように計量導入された。これにより形成された懸濁液を、70℃及びpH6.5の条件下で、120分間に亘って撹拌し、その後、ろ過し、そして低温の水で洗浄して、ニトレートを除去した(溶出液に対して、<25ppmのニトレート)。フィルターケークを乾燥し、その後、300℃の条件下で4時間に亘ってか焼し、その後、タブレット化した。
実施例1で得られたタブレットのサンプルを、水素で還元し、その後、管型反応器中において、2300h-1の見かけ上の速度(GHSV)及び表に規定される温度の条件下で、C2流(エチレン、以下の表2に規定される水素及びアセチレンの割合で混合される)と接触させた。設定された圧力は、周囲圧力であり、すなわち、反応器の上流側では、装置の圧力降下を克服するために必要とされる圧力を単に設定した。反応器の下流側で測定される水素及びアセチレンの割合は、以下の表2に規定されている。
実施例1で得られたタブレットのサンプルを、水素で還元し、その後、20バール及び25℃のオートクレーブ中において、120質量ppmのプロピン(C3H4)及び450質量ppmの水素と混合された液体のプロペン(C3H6)と2時間に亘って接触させた。プロペンは、300ppmのプロパン(C3H8)を更に含んでいた。
Claims (7)
- 銅及び亜鉛を含む触媒での不飽和炭化水素の水素化方法であって、
有効成分が、未還元の形で、10〜95質量%の、酸化銅(II)として計算される酸化銅(CuO)と、5〜90質量%の酸化亜鉛(ZnO)と、必要により0.1〜50質量%の二酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)と、必要により0.1〜50質量%のAl2O3と、から本質的になり、且つこれらの質量換算による割合が合計して100質量%である触媒を使用することを特徴とする水素化方法。 - 未還元の形で、10〜95質量%の、酸化銅(II)として計算される酸化銅(CuO)と、5〜90質量%の酸化亜鉛(ZnO)と、必要により0.1〜50質量%の二酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)と、必要により0.1〜50質量%のAl2O3と、から本質的になり、且つこれらの質量換算による割合が合計して100質量%である触媒を使用する請求項1に記載の方法。
- オレフィン流中のアルキンを水素化する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- エチレン流中のアセチレンを水素化する請求項3に記載の方法。
- プロピレン流中のプロピン及びアレンを水素化する請求項3に記載の方法。
- C4流中のブタ−3−エン−1−インを水素化する請求項3に記載の方法。
- 水素化を、50℃以下の温度条件下で行う請求項4に記載の方法。
