Claims (18)
- 太陽光システム留付手段用のコネクタ(4)と屋根留付手段用のコネクタ(5)とを有する、閉じた桁箱形鋼(3)を備えた支持体(2)からなっており、少なくとも前記太陽光システム留付手段用のコネクタ(4)は、前記桁箱形鋼(3)内に又は桁箱形鋼上に設けられた、間隔をあけて配された長手方向に延在する一対の溝又は長手方向に延在する一対のフランジとして形成され、一基又は複数の太陽光モジュール(1)の留付手段は、成形体(8)を有する係合部品の支持体の領域にあって、ここで、各成形体(8)は該成形体(8)上に配置された少なくとも2つの対向するウェブ(9.1、9.2)を有しており、ウェブの前記成形体からの距離が大きい方の両端部によって、一対の溝又はフランジとの投錨効果を有する少なくとも一箇所の係合接続を行うことができ、さらに、前記成形体(8)が、留付手段(14)を受け入れるための少なくとも1つの孔(11)を有していることを特徴とする、特に太陽光モジュール(1)用の据え付けシステム。

- 太陽光モジュール留付手段用の前記コネクタ(4)が、前記支持体形鋼(3)の中又は支持体形鋼上に間隔をあけて配設された、外側から内側に縁曲げされた、長手方向に延在する連続的で平行な一対のフランジ(17.1−17.2)として形成され、前記成形体(8)に配置された対向する2つのウェブ(9.1、9.2)は、前記長手方向に延在する一対のフランジ(17.1−17.2)によって形成された間隙に、前記成形体(8)からの距離が大きい方の2つの端部を係合させることによってフランジを把持し、この係合の最中に前記ウェブ(9.1、9.2)が一時的に動くことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の据え付けシステム。
- 屋根留付手段用の前記コネクタ(5)が、前記支持体形鋼(3)の中又は支持体形鋼上に設けられた、形鋼の長手方向に延在する間隔をあけて配置される連続的な一対の溝(5.1、5.2)、又は長手方向に延在する一対のフランジ若しくは縁曲げされた長手方向に延在する一対のフランジ(17.1−17.2)として形成され、この中へ又はこれを覆うように、前記太陽光モジュール留め付け用の係合手段と同様に作られた屋根留付手段が投錨効果を有して係合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の据え付けシステム。
- 前記長手方向に延在する一対のフランジ(17.1−17.2)が、開口部に向かって狭くなる形状を有する溝によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1、3又は4に記載の据え付けシステム。
- 前記長手方向に延在する溝又は長手方向に延在するフランジが、屋根留め付け用の係合部品及び太陽光モジュール留め付け用の係合部品の接触係合又は内部係合用にそれぞれ与えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の据え付けシステム。
- 前記支持体形鋼(3)は長方形又は正方形の箱形鋼であり、前記長手方向に延在する一対の溝(4.1−4.2)若しくは(5.1−5.2)の溝又は長手方向に延在するフランジが、形鋼の2つの側面にあって形鋼面上若しくは面内部及びそれぞれ設けられているか、形鋼の対向する2つの側面の面上若しくは面内部にそれぞれ設けられているか、また、形鋼の近接する2つの面上若しくは面内部にそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の据え付けシステム。
- 前記支持体形鋼(3)は六角形又は八角形の断面を有する箱形鋼であり、長方形又は正方形の形鋼の稜線が、上部にある稜面(6.1、6.2)、必要であれば底部にある稜面(7.1、7.2)として形成されており、長手方向に延在する溝又は長手方向に延在するフランジがこれら稜面にそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の据え付けシステム。
- 前記稜面(6.1、6.2、7.1、7.2)の長さが、長方形又は正方形の形鋼における未加工部分の長さよりも短いことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の据え付けシステム。
- 前記長手方向に延在する溝(4、5)が前記稜面(6、7)に形成されるとき、前記形鋼の断面の稜面(6、7)の領域が補強されることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の据え付けシステム。
- 前記長手方向に延在する溝(4、5)又は溝として形成される長手方向に延在する一対のフランジ(17.1−17.2)が、その片側鳩尾形の又は両側鳩尾形の軌道として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の据え付けシステム。

- 前記成形体(8)に設けられた前記孔(11)は、螺子筋が切ってある孔であり、該孔が、太陽光モジュールの枠(1)、屋根取付用フック(12)、又は支持体形鋼接続部品(15)用の留付ボルト(14)と螺合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の据え付けシステム。
- 前記留付ボルト(14)が、前記支持体形鋼(3)を突き刺し、及び/又は貫通する大きさの穿孔延長部(16)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の据え付けシステム。
- 前記屋根取付用フック(12)と支持体(2)との接続のために、前記係合部品を接触係合するときに2つの近接するウェブ(9)の間にある屋根用取付フック(12)を前記成形体(8)と前記支持体形鋼(3)との間の間隙に押し込むことができ、前記留付ボルト(14)によって屋根用取付フック(12)を支持体形鋼(3)に押し付けることができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の据え付けシステム。
- 前記ウェブ(9)を有する成形体(8)で作られた係合部品は、支持体(2)から別の支持体(2’)への延長接続を行うことができ、該延長接続が、支持体形鋼接続部品(15)が接続される2つの支持体(2、2’)に配置され、両支持体(2、2’)が係合部品と係合された前記留付ボルト(14)によって相互に接続され、該留付ボルト(14)が、好ましくは変形しながら、支持体形鋼(3)を貫通して少なくとも支持体形鋼接続部品(15)に突き刺さるか、支持体形鋼(3)を支持体形鋼接続部品(15)に押し付けることによってなされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の据え付けシステム。
