Claims (10)
- 継続運転される熱処理炉に収容され本質的に水平方向に進行する被熱処理金属材(1)を、冷却の際、該金属材の支持用要素(6)の間に配置された領域の個所で浮遊させる金属材の制御方法において、該方法は、前記金属材(1)の軌道を測定装置(11)によって測定し、得られた測定結果に基づいて、制御された冷却剤の噴射に前記金属材(1)をさらして、少なくとも該金属材の支持用要素の間に位置する領域(6)において、該金属材(1)の軌道が、該軌道に沿って設置された前記冷却剤の搬送用装置(8)の間を進むようにすることを特徴とする金属材の制御方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記金属材(1)の軌道測定(11)はレーザ測定によって行なうことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記金属材(1)の軌道測定(11)は、少なくとも該金属材の長さ方向について行なうことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記金属材(1)の軌道測定(11)は、少なくとも該金属材の幅方向について行なうことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記金属材(1)の軌道測定から得られた結果を前記軌道の位置の所定の所望値と比較し、前記得られた結果に基づいて、前記設置された冷却剤の搬送用装置から放出される冷却剤(10)の圧力を前記金属材(1)について調整することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記測定結果と前記軌道の位置の所定の所望値の比較は、前記測定装置(11)と電気的に接続された自動化装置(12)にて行なうことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の方法において、使用される前記冷却剤は空気であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の方法において、使用される前記冷却剤は不活性ガスであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の方法において、使用される前記冷却剤は液体であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の方法において、使用される前記冷却剤は気体および液体の混合物であることを特徴とする方法。
