Claims (5)
- 강판이 예열대(20), 직화가열대(30), 슬로트터널대(40), 복사가열대(50), 균열대(60), 가스제트서냉대(70), 가스제트급냉대(80), 수냉대(90)를 순차적으로 통과하도록 구성된 강판 생산라인의 소둔로에 있어서,상기 직화가열대(30)와 복사가열대(50)와의 사이에 설치된 슬로트터널대(40)의 하단에 분위기가스 차단부가 형성되어 있고,상기 예열대(20)의 내부에는 수냉롤(23)이 설치되고, 수냉롤(23)에는 냉각수 공급구(21)와 배출구(22)가 연통되되, 배출구(22) 측에 온도계(25)와 온도지시조절계(24)가 설치되어 냉각수의 온도를 소정온도로 일정하게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소둔로의 가스혼입 방지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 차단부는, 슬로트터널대(40)의 하단에 설치된 질소가스 공급파이프(110)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 소둔로의 가스혼입 방지장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 질소가스 공급파이프(110)는 상측부에 복수의 공급홀(111)이 천공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소둔로의 가스혼입 방지장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 차단부는, 슬로트터널대(40)의 상단에 설치되며 강판의 상면을 차단하는 씨일게이트(43)를 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 소둔로의 가스혼입 방지장치.
