Description
Claims (17)
- 第1ガラス層および第2ガラス層を備え、これら第1および第2のガラス層間にラミネートした中間層構造を設けたラミネート窓パネルであって、前記中間層構造は、内部に液晶フィルムを内蔵して、この液晶フィルムを縁取る第1中間層材料のシートを有し、中間層材料の成分は、可塑剤を含まない、または前記液晶フィルム内に移動しない可塑剤を有するものとした、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項1に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、前記中間層材料は、さらに、流動性液晶フィルムの成分が前記中間層材料内に移動するのを阻止するものとした、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 第1ガラス層および第2ガラス層を備え、これら第1および第2のガラス層間にラミネートした中間層構造を設けたラミネート窓パネルであって、前記中間層構造は、内部に液晶フィルムを内蔵して、この液晶フィルムを縁取る第1中間層材料のシートを有し、前記第1中間層材料は、流動性液晶フィルムの成分が中間層材料内に移動するのを阻止するものとした、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項3に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、前記中間層材料の成分は、可塑剤を含まない、または前記液晶フィルム内に移動しない可塑剤を含むものとした、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、第1中間層材料シートを、第2中間層材料シートと第3中間層材料シートとの間にラミネートし、これら第2および第3の中間層材料シートは、それぞれ対応する前記第1および第2のガラス層に接触しかつ同一範囲に延在するものとし、前記液晶フィルムは、前記第2および第3の中間層材料シートのうち少なくとも一方の中間層材料シートに接触するものとした、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項5に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、前記第1、第2および第3の中間層材料シートのうち少なくとも一つは、エチレンビニルアセテート共重合体、ポリウレタン、ポリカーボネート、ポリビニルクロライドまたはエチレン・メタクリル酸共重合体のうち一つとした、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項5または6に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、さらに、第4中間層材料シートおよびバリア層を備え、このバリア層を、前記第1および第3の中間層材料シート間、または第3および第4中間層材料シート間に設けた、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項7に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、バリア層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートとした、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項7または8に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、前記第4中間層材料シートを、ポリビニルブチラールとした、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項7に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、前記第4中間層材料シートは
、色付きおよび/または音響的特性を有するものとした、ラミネート窓パネル。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、液晶フィルムは、色付き基板を有するものとした、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、さらに、熱反射太陽光制御コーティングを設けたポリエチレンテレフタレート基板と、前記第4中間層材料シートと前記第2ガラス層との間に介在させた第5中間層材料シートとを備えた、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、少なくとも1個の中間層材料シートは、太陽光制御特性を有するものとした、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、さらに、太陽光制御コーティング、熱反射コーティング、低放射率コーティング、疎水性または親水性コーティングのうち少なくとも一つのコーティングを備えた、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、さらに、空隙により前記第2ガラス層から分離した、第3ガラス層を備えた、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項5〜15のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、第1中間層材料シートの厚さを、液晶フィルムの厚さと同一オーダー(同程度)とした、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項1〜16に記載し、添付の図面の図2〜7に記載の、ラミネート窓パネル。
