- 前記光導波路(4)が、ガラス及び/又はプラスチックで作られた、少なくとも一つの光ファイバを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記光導波路(4)が、少なくとも部分的に光を散乱することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 第三の中間層(13)が、赤外線反射のために提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記第三の中間層(13)が、前記第一の中間層(11)と前記第二の中間層(12)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記第三の中間層(13)が、ポリビニルブチラール、エチレン酢酸ビニル、ポリウレタン、及び/又はこれらの混合物、及び/又はこれらのコポリマー、及びポリマーフィルムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記ポリマーフィルムが、赤外線反射コーティングを有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記機能要素(3)が、PDLC機能要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記機能要素(3)が、複合ペイン(10)の中央に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 前記機能要素(3)が、電気的制御のための接触要素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)。
- 以下を含む、複合ペイン組み立て品(100):
・請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10);及び
・光導波路(4)に光を導くための照明手段(20)。 - 前記照明手段(20)が、光源、特にレーザダイオードを含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の複合ペイン組み立て品(100)。
- 少なくとも以下を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する複合ペイン(10)を製造するための方法:
(c)外部ペイン(1)、第一の中間層(11)、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能要素(3)、フレームのように前記機能要素を囲む熱可塑性フレーム層(5)、第二の中間層(12)、及び内部ペイン(2)を、この順番で、上下に重ね合わせて配置し、ここで、光導波路(4)が、少なくとも部分的に前記外部ペイン(1)と前記内部ペイン(2)との間に配置され;
(d)前記外部ペイン(1)と前記内部ペイン(2)を、積層によって結合し、ここで、組み込まれた機能要素(3)及び光導波路(4)を備えた複合物は、前記第一の中間層(11)、前記第二の中間層(12)及び、前記熱可塑性フレーム層(5)から形成される。 - 前記光導波路(4)によって照明が実現される、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能要素(3)を備えた請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(10)、又は請求項12又は13に記載の複合ペイン組み立て品(100)における、光導波路(4)の使用。
