Description
‐車両用照明(特にヘッドライト、テールライトおよびサイドマーカランプ)の切換状態:所定の閾値を下回ると照明が接続され、所定の閾値を上回ると照明は消される。
‐電気的に切換可能または制御可能な機能素子が装備された合わせガラスの領域の透過特性。このガラス板領域は、ガラス板の上側1/3に設けられた、特に切換可能または制御可能な(陰影帯としても知られる)防眩部である。この切換状態は、周辺光の絶対量に応じて制御可能である、あるいは複数のフォトダイオードまたは光センサ素子による場所に依存した測定により得られる太陽の位置に応じても制御可能である。特に太陽の位置が低いときに、防眩部が必要になる。制御可能な機能素子は、例えばSPD素子(suspended particle device)またはLC素子(liquid crystal)またはエレクトロクロミック素子であってよい。
‐車両内室における表示エレメント、例えばLED表示エレメントまたはOLED表示エレメントの輝度(明るさ)。表示エレメントは、特にピクトグラムの形態または英数字表示形式の、例えば警告ランプまたは情報ディスプレイである。
‐車両用照明の切換状態を、少なくとも1つのフォトダイオードにより測定された周辺光に応じて制御するために、車両用照明に接続されており、
‐合わせガラスの所定の領域に配置された、電気的に切換可能または制御可能な機能素子に接続されており、これにより、前記領域の透過特性を、少なくとも1つのフォトダイオードにより測定された周辺光に応じて制御することができるようになっており、前記領域は、好適にはガラス板の上側1/3に設けられた切換可能または制御可能な防眩部であり、かつ/または
‐車両内室に設けられた表示エレメントに接続されており、これにより、少なくとも1つのフォトダイオードにより測定された周辺光に応じて、表示エレメントの輝度(明るさ)を制御することができるようになっている。

Claims (14)
- 周辺光量を検出するための光センサが組み込まれた車両用合わせガラスであって、少なくとも、外ガラス(1)と内ガラス(2)とを有しており、これらの外ガラス(1)と内ガラス(2)とは、熱可塑性の中間層(3)を介して互いに結合されており、
前記外ガラス(1)と前記内ガラス(2)との間には、プリント基板(5)上に位置する、前記光センサとしての複数のフォトダイオード(4)が配置されており、
該フォトダイオード(4)はSMD構成素子であり、
前記フォトダイオード(4)は、並列接続された各フォトダイオード(4)の複数の群として前記プリント基板(5)上に配置されており、全ての群は、1つの共通の電気的な入力部(9)に接続されていると共に、各群は、それぞれ別個の電気的な出力部(10.1,10.2)に接続されている、
車両用合わせガラス。 - 前記プリント基板(5)は、フレキシブルなプリント基板として形成されている、請求項1記載の車両用合わせガラス。
- 1つのプリント基板(5)に少なくとも4つのフォトダイオード(4)が配置されている、請求項1または2記載の車両用合わせガラス。
- 各2つのフォトダイオード(4)が並列接続されており、このような対が少なくとも2つ設けられている、請求項3記載の車両用合わせガラス。
- 前記各フォトダイオード(4)は1つの行に配置されている、請求項4記載の車両用合わせガラス。
- 隣り合ったフォトダイオード(4)の間隔は、最大3cmである、請求項5記載の車両用合わせガラス。
- 前記プリント基板(5)は、3cm〜10cmの幅を有している、請求項3から6までのいずれか1項記載の車両用合わせガラス。
- 前記フォトダイオード(4)は、500nm〜600nmのスペクトル範囲全体において、最大感度の少なくとも50%に相当する感度を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の車両用合わせガラス。
- 当該合わせガラスは、それぞれ少なくとも1つのフォトダイオード(4)を備えた複数のプリント基板(5)を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の車両用合わせガラス。
- 前記フォトダイオード(4)は、2mm未満の幅を有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の車両用合わせガラス。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の、光センサが組み込まれた車両用合わせガラスを製造するための方法において、
(a)外ガラス(1)、内ガラス(2)、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性フィルム、およびプリント基板(5)上に位置する複数のフォトダイオード(4)を、前記フィルムと前記フォトダイオード(4)とが前記外ガラス(1)と前記内ガラス(2)との間に配置されているように、スタックとして配置し、
(b)前記外ガラス(1)を、前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性フィルムから形成される中間層(3)を介して、接着により前記内ガラス(2)と結合する、方法。 - 前記ステップ(a)の前に、前記複数のフォトダイオード(4)に大きさ、位置および配置形式を合わせられた複数の孔または窪みを前記フィルムに設け、前記ステップ(a)の最中に、前記孔または窪みに前記フォトダイオード(4)を挿入する、請求項11記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の、光センサが組み込まれた車両用合わせガラスの、車両のウインドシールドガラスとしての使用。
- 前記複数のフォトダイオードは、前記車両の評価・制御電子機器に接続されており、車両用照明の切換状態、所定のガラス板領域の透過特性および/または車両内室の表示エレメントの輝度が、前記複数のフォトダイオード(4)により測定された周辺光に応じて制御されることになる、請求項13記載の使用。
