Abstract
【解決手段】ブレーキ圧力を所定のしきい値に制限し、且つこのために電子装置(2)により弁特性曲線(10)に従って操作される圧力制限弁(7)による、油圧ブレーキ装置のブレーキ圧力(p)の制御装置は、ブレーキ圧力(p)を評価するための評価アルゴリズムを備えた評価ユニット(4)と、ブレーキ回路内のブレーキ圧力(pmess)を測定するためのセンサ装置(11)と、測定圧力(pmess)および評価圧力(pest)から差圧(Δp)を決定するためのユニット(5)と、弁特性曲線(10)を差圧(Δp)の関数として補正する制御ユニット(3)と、を含む。

Description
本発明の本質的な観点は、ブレーキ回路内のブレーキ圧力を制御することにあり、この場合、圧力制限弁が制御の操作要素を形成している。これは、希望の目標圧力が本質的により正確に達成可能であるという重要な利点を有している。
評価ユニットは装置の条件に応じて不正確になることがある。したがって、本発明により、評価アルゴリズムそれ自身もまた補正されることが好ましい。補正は測定された実際圧力に基づいて行われることが好ましく、測定された実際圧力は評価ユニットに供給され且つその値が評価値で上書きされるべきである。選択的に、補正のために、評価ユニットに差圧が供給されてもよい。補正の範囲内において、評価アルゴリズムの少なくとも1つのパラメータが変化されることが好ましい。
Claims (9)
- ブレーキ圧力を所定のしきい値に制限し、且つこのために電子装置(2)により弁特性曲線(10)に従って操作される圧力制限弁(7)による、ブレーキ装置、特に油圧ブレーキ装置のブレーキ圧力(p)の制御装置において、
ブレーキ圧力(p)を評価するための評価アルゴリズムを備えた評価ユニット(4)と、
ブレーキ回路内のブレーキ圧力(pmess)を測定するためのセンサ装置(11)と、
測定圧力(pmess)および評価圧力(pest)から差圧(Δp)を決定するためのユニット(5)と、
弁特性曲線(10)を差圧(Δp)の関数として補正する制御ユニット(3)と、
を含む、圧力制限弁によるブレーキ圧力の制御装置。 - 制御ユニット(3)が補正係数を計算し、この補正係数により弁特性曲線(10)が補正されることを特徴とする請求項1の装置。
- 前記センサ装置が、車輪圧力センサ(11)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2の装置。
- 測定ブレーキ圧力(pmess)または差圧(Δp)が評価ユニット(4)に供給され、且つ前記評価アルゴリズムが差圧(Δp)に基づいて補正されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかの装置。
- 弁特性曲線(10)がp/I特性曲線であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかの装置。
- ブレーキ圧力を所定のしきい値に制限し、且つこのために電子装置(2)により弁特性曲線(10)に従って操作される圧力制限弁(7)による、ブレーキ装置、特に油圧ブレーキ装置内のブレーキ圧力(p)の制御方法において、
評価ユニット(4)によりブレーキ圧力(p)を評価するステップと、
センサ装置(11)によりブレーキ圧力(pmess)を測定するステップと、
測定ブレーキ圧力(pmess)および評価ブレーキ圧力(pest)から差圧(Δp)を計算するステップと、
弁特性曲線(10)を差圧(Δp)の関数として補正するステップと、
を含む、圧力制限弁によるブレーキ圧力の制御方法。 - 評価ユニット(4)の評価アルゴリズムが測定ブレーキ圧力(pmess)または差圧(Δp)により補正されることを特徴とする請求項6の方法。
- ブレーキ圧力(p)が車輪圧力センサにより測定されることを特徴とする請求項6または7の方法。
- 制御ユニット(3)が差圧(Δp)の関数として補正係数を計算し、この補正係数により弁特性曲線(10)が補正されることを特徴とする請求項6ないし8のいずれかの方法。
