Claims (18)
- 第1部材および第2部材を特徴とする概ね中空の開口構成の部材を備えた管腔構造(90)を吻合するための装置(10)であって、前記第1および第2部材はそれぞれ、剛体部(11、13)および弾性部(12)と、前記第1および第2部材を互いに接続するための接続部材(15)とを備える、装置(10)。
- 前記接続部材(15)が前記第1部材の前記剛体部(11)と一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1の装置(10)。
- 前記接続部材(15)に、舌片(38)を間に形成する縦スリット(37)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2の装置(10)。
- 前記少なくとも一つの舌片(38)には外向きの突起(39)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3の装置(10)。
- 前記接続部材(160)が独立した部材として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1の装置(200)。
- 前記弾性部(12)が基本的に円形リングであることを特徴とする請求項1の装置(10、200、190)。
- 前記弾性部(12)がエラストマ等の高分子材料により作製されていることを特徴とする請求項4の装置(10、200、190)。
- 前記弾性部(12)が生体適合性材料により作製されることを特徴とする請求項4または5の装置(10、200、190)。
- 前記弾性部(12)が生分解性材料により作製されることを特徴とする請求項4、5または6の装置(10、200、190)。
- 前記剛体部(11、13)は断面が部分的に半円形の外面を有し、非接続端部(30、40)の直径が接続端部(41)の直径より大きいかまたは等しいことを特徴とする前記何れかの請求項の装置(10、200)。
- 前記剛体部(11、13)の接続端部(41)の直径は、縁部(36、46)で終端することを特徴とする請求項10の装置(10、200)。
- ある距離が前記弾性部(12)の間に形成されるように、前記第1および第2部材が互いに接続されことを特徴とする前記何れか一つの請求項の装置(10、200、190)。
- 前記管腔構造(90)が前記装置(10、200)内に配置されると、前記剛体部(11、13)と前記接続部材(15、160)と前記管腔構造(90)との間にキャビティ(203)が形成されることを特徴とする前記何れかの請求項の装置(10、200、190)。
- 前記第1部材の前記剛体部(11、13)に、前記リング(11、13)の外周に配置した少なくとも二つの孔(17)を設け、前記それぞれの孔はカテーテル(16)の第1端部をそれに配置させ、前記カテーテル(16)の前記第1端部は前記キャビティ(203、180)内に開口し、前記カテーテル(16)の第2端部は前記管腔構造(90)を通過して直腸を通って外に出ることを特徴とする前記何れかの請求項の装置(10、200、190)。
- 前記接続部材(15)は前記外周に少なくとも一つの溝(192)を有し、前記第2剛体部(193)は前記内周に配置される突起(194)を有することを特徴とする請求項1および2の装置(190)。
- 請求項1〜14の何れかの装置(10、200)を、接続される第1端部(120)および第2端部(121)を有する管腔構造(90)に取り付ける方法であって、
前記第1端部(120)で前記管腔構造(90)内側に第1弾性部(12)を配置するステップと、前記第1弾性部(12)上で前記第1端部(120)の縁部を折り返すステップと、次いで、前記第1弾性部(12)と第1剛体部(11)との間に前記管腔構造(90)が配置されるように、第1部材を形成する前記第1剛体部(11、13)上に前記第1弾性部(12)を取り付けるステップと;
前記第2端部(121)で前記管腔構造(90)内側に第2弾性部(12)を配置するステップと、前記第2弾性部(12)上で前記第2端部(121)の縁部を折り返すステップと、次いで、前記第2弾性部(12)と第2剛体部(13)との間に前記管腔構造(90)が配置されるように、第2部材を形成する前記第2剛体部(13)上に前記第2弾性部(12)を取り付けるステップ;および、
前記第1部材および前記第2部材を接続部材(15、160)により互いに締結するステップと、を特徴とする方法。 - 前記管腔構造(90)の前記第1端部(120)および前記第2端部(121)が、連結される前記第1および第2部材に配置されたら、これら両端部(120、121)に圧力を加えることを特徴とする請求項15の方法。
- 前記圧力は、前記管腔構造(90)の前記第1端部(120)および前記第2端部(121)の円周で基本的に一様であることを特徴とする請求項16の方法。
