Claims (12)
- 金属製で、内部(3)を熱伝達媒体が循環し、外側(5)には少なくとも部分的に熱交換面が形成されたパイプケーシング(2)と、
熱吸収端部(4)と、
熱放散端部(6)とを備えたヒートパイプにおいて、
前記熱放散端部(6)の少なくとも一部の領域に水素抽出器(10、22、34)が備えられ、該水素抽出器(10、22、34)により、前記パイプケーシング(2)の内部(3)と該パイプケーシング(2)の外側(5)との間に、水素濃度勾配または水素分圧勾配が与えられることを特徴とするヒートパイプ。 - 水素抽出器(32)は、パイプケーシング(2)の内部及び/又は表面上を走り、その内部は無水素雰囲気である少なくとも一つのフラッシングダクト(38)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒートパイプ。
- 少なくとも一つのフラッシングダクト(38)は、ヒートパイプのパイプケーシング(2)に形成されている穴からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のヒートパイプ。
- 無水素フラッシングガスが、少なくとも一つのフラッシングダクト(38)を流れることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のヒートパイプ。
- 水素抽出器(32)は、ヒートパイプのパイプケーシング(2)を包む被覆パイプ(36)を備え、少なくとも一つのフラッシングダクト(38)は、被覆パイプ(36)及びパイプケーシング(2)の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2〜4の何れか1項に記載のヒートパイプ。
- 少なくとも一つのフラッシングダクト(38)は、ヒートパイプのパイプケーシング(2)及び/又は被覆パイプ(36)に形成されている溝からなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のヒートパイプ。
- 少なくとも一つのフラッシングダクト(38)には、フラッシングガス入口(40)及びフラッシングガス出口(42)が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項2〜6の何れか1項に記載のヒートパイプ。
- 複数のフラッシングダクト(38)は、ヒートパイプの縦方向に走ることを特徴とする請求項2〜7の何れか1項に記載のヒートパイプ。
- 少なくとも一つのフラッシングダクト(38)は、ヒートパイプに沿って螺旋状に走ることを特徴とする請求項2〜6の何れか1項に記載のヒートパイプ。
- 水素抽出器(10、22)は、加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載のヒートパイプ。
- 流動層を備える改質流動層ガス化室(50)と、
流動層ガス化室(50)に原材料を供給する供給装置(52)と、
水及び/又は水蒸気用の流動層ガス化室(50)内への入口経路(54)と、
外部熱源(56)と、
外部熱源(56)から改質流動層ガス化室(50)に熱伝達するための少なくとも一つのヒートパイプ(46)を有するヒートパイプ装置とを備える、熱変化蒸気ガス化法によって炭素含有原材料から燃焼ガスを発生させるヒートパイプ改質装置において、
少なくとも一つのヒートパイプ(46)は、
請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載のヒートパイプ(1、21、32)であることを特徴とするヒートパイプ改質装置。 - 少なくとも一つのフラッシングダクト(38)から水素を除去するためのフラッシングガスが、流動化層の流動化に使用されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のヒートパイプ改質装置の操作方法。
