Abstract
Description
−永久鋳型の基材と化学結合したフッ化鉄、
−80nm〜200nmのフラクションのAl2O3および/又はSiO2および/又はTiO2および/又はZrO2の形態の構造成分、および
−上記構造成分の少なくとも一部の領域を取り囲む、重合したフッ化ジルコニウムからなるポリマー、
からなる層が存在するようにして、解決される。
−2nm〜80nmのフラクションのAl2O3、SiO2、TiO2、ZnO、ZrO2、CeO2の形態の一次成分、および/又は
−2μm〜15μmのフラクションの窒化ホウ素の形態の潤滑成分、および/又は
−ケイ酸塩鉱物としての雲母、
を含有する。
−苛性ソーダ溶液および/又は苛性カリ溶液および/又は塩化アルミニウムの形態の酸形成剤(Saeurebildner)、
−フッ化ジルコニウム、好ましくはH2ZrF6の形態のフッ化ジルコニウムからなるバインダ、
−80nm〜200nmのフラクションのAl2O3および/又はSiO2および/又はTiO2および/又は、の形態のある割合の構造成分、および
−有機分散剤、とりわけゼラチン、
を含有するようにして、解決される。
−1nm〜10nmのフラクションのAl2O3、SiO2、TiO2、ZnO、ZrO2、CeOの形態のある割合の一次成分、および/又は
−2μm〜15μmのフラクションのBNおよび/又はケイ酸マグネシウムアルミニウムおよび/又は二硫化モリブデンの形態のある割合の潤滑成分、および/又は
−雲母、
を含有する。
Claims (15)
- 液体の又は流動性のアルミニウム材料を注湯できる、金属製の鉄含有永久鋳型、特に鋼製の永久鋳型であって、永久鋳型の少なくとも一つの表面に、
−前記永久鋳型の基材と化学結合したフッ化鉄、
−80nm〜200nmのフラクションのAl2O3および/又はSiO2および/又はTiO2および/又はZrO2の形態の構造成分、および
−前記構造成分の少なくとも一部の領域を取り囲む、重合したフッ化ジルコニウムからなるポリマー、
からなる層が存在することを特徴とする、前記永久鋳型。 - 前記層中に、2μm〜15μmのフラクションの窒化ホウ素および/又はケイ酸マグネシウムアルミニウムおよび/又は二硫化モリブデンの形態の潤滑成分が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の永久鋳型。
- 前記層中に、2nm〜80nmのフラクションのAl2O3、SiO2、ZnO、ZrO2、TiO2、CeOの形態の一次成分が存在し、ここで前記一次成分は前記構造成分の間の隙間に蓄積していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の永久鋳型。
- 前記層が、1μm〜80μmの厚さで、好ましくは25μm〜60μmの厚さで前記表面上に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の一つ又はそれ以上に記載の永久鋳型。
- 前記永久鋳型が、ダイキャスト、低圧鋳造、重力鋳造、又はスクイズキャスティング法用の永久鋳型であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の一つ又はそれ以上に記載の永久鋳型。
- 永久鋳型上に層を製造するための離型剤であって、前記離型剤が完全に脱塩された水から構成されており、次の構成成分:
−酸形成剤、特に、苛性ソーダ溶液および/又は苛性カリ溶液および/又は塩化アルミニウムの形態の酸形成剤、
−フッ化ジルコニウムからなるバインダ、
−80nm〜200nmのフラクションのAl2O3および/又はSiO2および/又はTiO2および/又はZrO2の形態のある割合の構造成分、および/又は
−有機分散剤、好ましくはゼラチン、
を含有することを特徴とする、前記離型剤。 - 前記離型剤中に、2μm〜15μmのフラクションの窒化ホウ素および/又はケイ酸マグネシウムアルミニウムおよび/又は二硫化モリブデンの形態のある割合の潤滑成分が存在することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の離型剤。
- 前記離型剤中に、2nm〜80nmのフラクションのAl2O3、SiO2、ZnO、ZrO2、CeO、TiO2および/又は雲母の形態のある割合の一次成分が存在することを特徴とする、請求項6及び7の一つ又はそれ以上に記載の離型剤。
- 前記離型剤が酸形成剤でpH値4〜5に調整されていることを特徴とする、請求項5〜8の一つ又はそれ以上に記載の離型剤。
- 前記離型剤中のバインダの割合が5重量%又はそれ未満であることを特徴とする、請求項5〜9の一つ又はそれ以上に記載の離型剤。
- 前記離型剤中の前記構造成分の割合が10重量%又はそれ未満であることを特徴とする、請求項5〜10の一つ又はそれ以上に記載の離型剤。
- 前記離型剤中の一次成分の割合が3重量%又はそれ未満、好ましくは1重量%〜3重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項5〜11の一つ又はそれ以上に記載の離型剤。
- 前記離型剤中の潤滑成分の割合が5重量%又はそれ未満であることを特徴とする、請求項5〜12の一つ又はそれ以上に記載の離型剤。
- 請求項6〜13の一つ又はそれ以上に記載の離型剤で、永久鋳型の金属製の鉄含有表面上に層を形成する方法であって、
−前記表面にまず前記離型剤を塗布すること、および
−続いて、前記フッ化物と前記基材の鉄との化学結合および前記バインダの重合が起こるように、前記永久鋳型を少なくとも200℃の温度に加熱すること、
を特徴とする、前記方法。 - 前記層の損傷が、前記永久鋳型に前記離型剤を新たに塗布することによって修復されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
