Claims (11)
- 機能部材上に被膜を製造するための表面処理剤であって、
前記機能部材が燃焼機関の金属部分であり、
完全に脱塩された水から構成されており、そして少なくとも次の構成成分:
−苛性ソーダ溶液および/又は苛性カリ溶液および/又は塩化アルミニウム、および
−フッ化ジルコニウム化合物からなるバインダ
を含み、
−機能部材がアルミニウム合金又は鋼又は鋳鉄から構成されており、
−前記表面処理剤中に80nm〜200nmのフラクションのAl2O3および/又はSiO2および/又はTiO2および/又はZrO2の形態の構造成分が含有されていることを特徴とする、前記表面処理剤。 - フッ化ジルコニウム化合物がH2ZrF6であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表面処理剤。
- 前記表面処理剤中に2nm〜80nmのフラクションのAl2O3および/又はSiO2および/又はZnOおよび/又はTiO2および/又はZrO2および/又はCeOの形態のある割合の一次成分が含有されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の表面処理剤。
- 前記表面処理剤中に、2μm〜15μmのフラクションの窒化ホウ素および/又はケイ酸マグネシウムアルミニウムおよび/又は二硫化モリブデンの形態のある割合の潤滑成分が含有されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の表面処理剤。
- 前記表面処理剤が苛性ソーダ溶液および/又は苛性カリ溶液および/又は塩化アルミニウムでpH値4〜5に調整されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の表面処理剤。
- 前記表面処理剤中の前記バインダの割合が5重量%又はそれ未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の表面処理剤。
- 前記表面処理剤中の80nm〜200nmのフラクションのAl2O3および/又はSiO2および/又はTiO2および/又はZrO2の形態の構造成分の割合が10重量%又はそれ未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の表面処理剤。
- 前記表面処理剤中の2nm〜80nmのフラクションのAl2O3および/又はSiO2および/又はZnOおよび/又はTiO2および/又はZrO2および/又はCeOの形態の一次成分の割合が3重量%又はそれ未満であることを特徴とする、請求項3〜7のいずれか一つに記載の表面処理剤。
- 前記表面処理剤中の2nm〜80nmのフラクションのAl2O3および/又はSiO2および/又はZnOおよび/又はTiO2および/又はZrO2および/又はCeOの形態の一次成分の割合が1〜3重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の表面処理剤。
- 前記表面処理剤中の2μm〜15μmのフラクションの窒化ホウ素および/又はケイ酸マグネシウムアルミニウムおよび/又は二硫化モリブデンの形態の潤滑成分の割合が5重量%又はそれ未満であることを特徴とする、請求項4〜9のいずれか一つに記載の表面処理剤。
- 機能部材がピストン、シリンダ用ヘッドドーム、又は排気ガス再循環部材の一部であることを特徴する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の表面処理剤。
