Abstract
Description
本発明は、フック・ループ式ファスナ用のループ材料として使用することもできるような、一般的にはフィルムである構造化された裏材に間欠的に押出し結合された可撓性繊維ウェブ材の少なくとも1枚のシートを有する、積層体に関する。本発明は更に、これらの積層体を製造する方法に関する。
共押出しされてプロファイルを形成した不織布/弾性の積層ウェブが、図9に示されるものに類似の装置を使用して製造された。2台の押出し機を使用して、第一の「A」ポリプロピレン層と第二の「B」弾性層とからなる、2層押出物を製造した。第一の層は、ポリプロピレンホモポリマー(99%の3762、12MFI、アトフィナ社(Atofina Inc.)、テキサス州ヒューストン(Houston, TX))と、1%のポリプロピレン系赤色濃縮物とで製造された。第二の弾性層は、70%のクラトン(KRATON)G1657SEBSブロックコポリマー(クラトンポリマーズ社(Kraton Polymers Inc.)、テキサス州ヒューストン(Houston, TX))と、30%のエンゲージ(Engage)8200超低密度ポリエチレン−ULDPE(ダウケミカル社(Dow Chemical Co.)、ミシガン州ミッドランド(Midland, MI))とのブレンドで製造された。3762ポリプロピレンを第一層に供給するために、3.81cmの1軸押出し機(8RPM)が使用され、クラトン(KRATON)/ULDPEブレンドを第二層に供給するために、6.35cmの1軸押出し機(10RPM)が使用された。両押出し機のバレル温度プロファイルはほぼ同じであり、供給域の215℃から徐々に上昇してバレルの端部において238℃であった。両押出し機の溶融ストリームが、ABA3層共押出しフィードブロック(クロエレン社(Cloeren Co.)、テキサス州オレンジ(Orange, TX))に供給された。フィードブロックは、図12〜14に示されるものに類似のプロファイルを形成したダイリップを装備する20cmダイに取り付けられた。フィードブロック及びダイは238℃に維持された。ダイリップは、2つの連続するチャネルセグメント間の角度(β)が67度であるように、繰り返し正弦波パターンで機械加工された。繰り返しパターンの波長(W)は、1250ミクロンであった。このダイリップについては、入口形状寸法は、出口形状寸法と同一であった。このダイリップの形状寸法は、結果的に連続する弾性コア層の上にポリプロピレンのリブからなる不連続のスキン「A」層を有する押出物をもたらした。ダイリップにより成形された後、押出物は、入口材料の厚さよりもわずかに薄い隙間に設定されたニップ中で、2層の不織布(31g/m2のカード加工されたポリプロピレン、BBA不織布(BBA Nonwovens)、サウスカロライナ州シンプソンビル(Simpsonville, SC))に、1層を押出物の各側にして積層された。積層体は、約45℃の水温に維持された水タンク中を12m/分の速度で急冷され且つ引き抜かれた。ウェブを風乾し、ロールに収集した。結果として得られたウェブは、図16に示されるものに類似であった。
プロファイルを形成した不織/弾性積層体が、図1に示されるものに類似のシステムを使用して製造された。歯車ポンプを装備した40mm直径の2軸押出し機が使用されて、溶融ポリプロピレンポリマー(7C05N、ハンツマン(Huntsman))を約246℃の溶融温度でダイに送り出した。ダイは、溶融ポリマーのフィルムが下向き方向に垂直に、加熱されたドクターブレード(形成工具)4と冷却された平滑スチールロール20の中間面領域内に押し出されるように位置決めされた。
Claims (58)
- 第一面及び第二面を有する熱可塑性の裏材と、
突出部が延びている前記裏材の面にある熱可塑性樹脂から延び、且つ前記熱可塑性樹脂で少なくとも一部が形成されている複数の一体型熱可塑性突出部と、
前記裏材が少なくとも2つの隣接した突出部の間を延び、前記突出部の場所において前記繊維ウェブが前記裏材を形成する前記熱可塑性樹脂に貫入するように、前記突出部の少なくとも幾つかの場所において前記裏材に取付けられた繊維ウェブと、
を含む、繊維ウェブ積層体。 - 前記繊維ウェブが、前記突出部に貫入しており、そして前記裏材が、前記取付けられた突出部の間で少なくとも10ミクロンの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の繊維ウェブ積層体。
- 前記繊維ウェブが、突出部を有する面と反対の前記裏材の面に貫入する、請求項1に記載の繊維ウェブ積層体。
- 前記繊維ウェブが、前記突出部の少なくとも幾つかの間で前記裏材に接触しているが、前記突出部の間の前記裏材には実質的に結合されていない、請求項2に記載の繊維ウェブ積層体。
- 前記突出部が、連続的な押出しプロセスによって前記裏材と一体に形成される、請求項2に記載の繊維ウェブ積層体。
- 前記突出部が、連続的な突起である、請求項5に記載の繊維ウェブ積層体。
