Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种无纺布卷材结构,特别是指一种机械紧固件中用于与钩件相结合的环件之无纺布卷材。
背景技术
机械紧固件是本领域所熟知的,也可以叫做“钩和环”紧固件(“hook and loop” fasterners)。其中一种市场上较为流行的紧固件其商品名叫做Velcro?。机械紧固件由可分离的两部分组成,其中一部分是在一基底上具有末端凸起或成J型的钩件,另一部分是带有环状功能层的环件。将钩件和环件压合时,由于钩件嵌入到环件中与环件相互缠绕,从而使得获得的紧固件可以紧密结合,不易脱落。当合适的剥离力施加其上时,钩件和环件又可以分开。通过钩环之间的结合分离,可以实现反复的使用。
通过选择相应的钩件的材料、形状,以及环件的材料、与钩接触的环状功能层的大小和形状等,可以获得不同用途的紧固件,因而广泛用于鞋带、衣服等非永久性连接领域。同时相比于传统的黏扣胶带,钩环状的机械紧固件具有不怕湿气、油脂和粉末的特点,在一次性卫生用品,例如纸尿裤中,也受到了广泛青睐,成为这一行业的理想材料。
机械紧固件中的环件,通常由织造或非织造线通过粘合的形式复合在膜层的基底上形成。例如公开号为CN 103153252 A的中国实用新型专利申请公开了一种吸收制品的机械紧固件与钩相结合的环件,该环件是通过将针织物粘接性的附接到膜层载体上形成,针织物具有经向上的经线和结合在其中的适合于吊钩连接的套环,载体和针织物粘接性的附接,使得朝向针织物的载体表面区域的仅一部分覆盖有粘合剂,该专利中公开的环件具有横向和纵向上与吊钩良好的结合力。公开号CN 100537221 C中国实用新型专利提供了一种经过改进的无弹性的、尺寸稳定的、高强度线圈复合物,其包括在至少第一方向延伸的非弹性取向膜,以及沿着所述非弹性取向膜的至少一个表面部分断续地结合的一个或多个柔性无纺材料片。专利号为4761318的美国专利公开了一种用于机械紧固件中的环圈结构,包扣带有可与机械紧固件中钩件相结合的多重环圈的柔软纤维状片层,和附着于该片层背后用于固定这些环圈结构的热塑性树脂薄膜。
虽然依据这些专利说实用新型的机械紧固件也有诸多优点,但由于其含有的膜层基底,用于一次性卫生用品领域,如纸尿裤时,其透气效果势必将受到影响,同时也不便通过设定达到独特的透气度要求,从而不利于后续环件用于纸尿裤的加工。同时一次性卫生用品属于即弃型,使用时间很短,通常为几个小时,因此机械紧固件应用于这些领域时,必须兼顾性能和成本的平衡。通常制备环件的方法包括制备膜层、带有环状功能层以及胶粘合等诸多步骤,因此存在加工工艺复杂,制作成本高的缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种低成本、制作工艺简单、适于大量制造且透气性良好的可用于机械紧固件中与钩件相结合环件的无纺布卷材。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:
一种无纺布卷材,该无纺布卷材由不同纤维纤度的至少三层纤维层组成,其中表层纤维层与底层纤维层的纤维纤度大于1.0D,而中间的纤维层纤维纤度小于1.0D,各纤维层之间采用热轧点热轧粘合;以此构成的无纺布卷材表面形成凸起区域和由热轧点形成的凹入区域,所述无纺布表面的凸起区域与由热轧点形成的凹入区域的高度差大于0.4mm。
所述无纺布卷材的透气度小于5000L/m2/s。
所述的中间的纤维层纤维纤度小于0.5D。
所述各热轧点形成的凹入区域面积占无纺布总面积的5%至70%。
所述各热轧点形成的凹入区域面积占无纺布总面积的20%至50%。
所述表层纤维层为纤维长丝,纤维的纤度大于1.3D。
所述底层纤维层为纤维长丝,纤维的纤度大于1.3D。
所述中间的纤维层的克重为每平方米2克至25克。
所述无纺布卷材的克重为每平方米25克至125克。
所述表层纤维层与底层纤维层之间至少包含一层所述中间的纤维层。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型具有如下优点:
 1、由于本实用新型的无纺布卷材是由至少三层不同纤度纤维通过热轧的方式结合在一起,无需使用价格昂贵的胶粘剂,降低了成本同时减少了胶粘剂对人体的刺激作用;制作工艺上只需一步热轧法即可成型,制作成本低,所述无纺布卷材用作机械紧固件中的环件时,兼顾了性能和成本之间的平衡,具有良好的舒适度和美观度。
2、本实用新型的无纺布卷材没有使用塑料薄膜的基底,这样使得该无纺布卷材用于机械紧固件中的环件时具有良好的透气度,满足一次性卫生用品,例如纸尿裤对透气性的要求,增加穿着者的舒适度。
    因此,本实用新型具有工艺简单,成本低的特点,有效兼顾了性能和成本的平衡。

以下结合附图解释本实用新型的实施方式:
如图1至图7所示,本实用新型揭示了一种无纺布卷材,可用于机械式紧固件件中用作与钩件互补的环件。该无纺布卷材由不同纤维纤度的至少三层纤维层组成,其中表层纤维层3与底层纤维层5的纤维纤度大于1.0D,而中间的纤维层4纤维纤度小于1.0D,各纤维层之间采用热轧点热轧粘合的方式结合在一起,从而得到可用于机械紧固件中与钩件相结合的环件;以此构成的无纺布卷材表面形成凸起区域2和由热轧点形成的凹入区域1。
所述表层纤维层3可采用纤维长丝,纤维的纤度大于1.3D,底层纤维层亦采用长丝,纤维的纤度大于1.3D,设置纤度较大的纤维是保证各层纤维结合时的强度,而中间的纤维层4的纤度小于0.5D,设置纤度较小的纤维是为保证无纺布的透气性,该中间的纤维层4克重为每平方米2克至25克,通过调节相应的中间的纤维层4的克重,可以达到独特的透气性要求,从而利于该无纺布卷材制备成环件后用于后续的一次性卫生用品,例如纸尿裤的加工。
所述各层纤维层通过热轧点热轧粘合,各热轧点形成的凹入区域面积占无纺布总面积的5%至70%,优选20%至50%。适宜的热轧比可以使本实用新型无纺布卷材制备的机械紧固件中的环件中热轧点构成的凹入区域1周边的由纤维构成的凸起区域2中的环圈更稳固,利于和机械紧固件中的钩件结合。同时相比通过胶粘等形式复合在塑料薄膜的基底上形成的紧固件,本实用新型制作的用于机械紧固件中与钩件相结合的环件时,制作工艺上也更为简单。
所述无纺布卷材的由纤维构成的纤维状的凸起区域2与由热轧点组成的凹入区域1间隔排列,无纺布表面的凸起区域2与由热轧点形成的凹入区域1的高度差大于0.4mm,所述的凸起区域或凹入区域在无纺布卷材上构成立体图样,使得无纺布卷材表面富有立体感、美观度、舒适度,热轧点组成的凹入区域1起到支撑加固作用,纤维状的凸起区域2较为蓬松,可与机械紧固件的钩件相结合,同时由于钩件与纤维状的凸起区域2结合时需要穿过至少三层纤维,纤维与钩件的缠结更为紧密,从而加强了钩件与纤维状凸起区域2的结合力,亦即相比传统紧固件,使用本实用新型制作的无纺布卷材用于机械紧固件与钩件相结合的环件时,与钩件具有更强的结合力,同时通过调整各层纤维的克重和纤度,可以得到不同结合力的产品。
实施例一:
如图1、图2、图3所示,为本实用新型无纺布卷材的顶面和剖面视图。其顶面图热轧点组成的图案为月牙形。该无纺布卷材由三层不同纤度的纤维层组成,图中给出了由三层不同纤维组成的情况,包括表层纤维层3、中间的纤维层4和底层纤维层5。其中表层纤维层3,底层纤维层5的纤度大于1.0D,纤维层4的纤度小于1.0D。图1中由热轧点1组成的凹入区域彼此之间不相互连接以“岛”的状态在无纺布卷材上形成立体图样,热轧点形成的凹入区域最长边尺寸L1大于3.0 mm,两相临的凹入区域之间的最大间距L2大于 2.5mm。
实施二:
如图3、图4所示,为本实用新型另一结构无纺布卷材的顶面和剖面视图。与实施例1不同之处在于其顶面热轧点组成的图案为连续波浪形。该无纺布卷材由三层不同纤度的纤维组成,图中给出了由三层不同纤维组成的情况,包括表层纤维层3、中间的纤维层4和底层纤维层5。其中表层纤维层3,底层纤维层5的纤度大于1.0D,纤维层4的纤度小于1.0D。图4中由热轧点1组成的凹入区域彼此之间不相互连接以“岛”的状态在无纺布卷材上形成立体图样,热轧点形成的凹入区域最长边尺寸L1大于3.0 mm,两相临的凹入区域之间的最大间距L2大于 2.5mm。
实施例三:
如图3、图5所示,为本实用新型另一结构无纺布卷材的顶面和剖面视图。与实施例1和实施例2不同之处在于其顶面热轧点组成的图案为椭圆形。该无纺布卷材由三层不同纤度的纤维组成,图中给出了由三层不同纤维组成的情况,包括表层纤维层3、中间的纤维层4和底层纤维层5。其中表层纤维层3,底层纤维层5的纤度大于1.0D,纤维层4的纤度小于1.0D。图5中由热轧点1组成的凹入区域彼此之间不相互连接以“岛”的状态在无纺布卷材上形成立体图样,热轧点形成的凹入区域最长边尺寸L1大于3.0 mm,两相临的凹入区域之间的最大间距L2大于 2.5mm。
实施例四:
如图6所示,为本实用新型再一结构无纺布卷材的剖面视图。与实施例1、实施例2和实施例3不同之处在于,本实施例中,无纺布卷材由5层纤维层组成。图中给出了由5层不同纤维组成的情况,包括第一纤维层6、第二纤维层7、第三纤维层8、第四纤维层9,第五纤维层10。其中第一纤维层6、第三纤维层8、第五纤维层10的纤度大于1.0D,第二纤维层7、第四纤维层9的纤度小于1.0D。
当采用本实用新型实施例1中的无纺布卷材制作成机械紧固件中与钩件相结合的环件11应用到纸尿裤上时,如图7 所示,将纸尿裤后腰左右侧翼的机械紧固件的钩件12与该纸尿裤前腰围处的环件11贴合,即可将纸尿裤穿戴在使用者身上。本实用新型制备的环件11没有塑料材质的基底,具有良好的透气性,因而适合使用在需要良好透气性能的产品如纸尿裤上。
同时,在纸尿裤的生产过程中,分切好的环件先是吸附在辊筒上,然后再和纸尿裤前腰处贴合,从而形成图7中状态。如果环件的透气性过大,则辊筒将难以吸附住环件,造成贴合到纸尿裤前腰处时,发生错位或漂移等诸多造成不良品的情况。因此,在纸尿裤的生产过程中,对于环件的透气性能要求是不能过大,理想的状态应该是能够对环件透气度按照设定要求进行调节,以达到和生产相配合的目的。而在本实用新型中,通过加入中间纤度小于1.0D的纤维,调节该纤维层的克重,即可达到按设定要求调节环件透气度的目的,使得纸尿裤生产时更为便捷。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型较佳实施例,但不应认为只限定于上述实施例的范围,依本实用新型的技术方案及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应该属于本实用新型涵盖的权利要求的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种无纺布卷材,其特征在于:该无纺布卷材由不同纤维纤度的至少三层纤维层组成,其中表层纤维层与底层纤维层的纤维纤度大于1.0D,而中间的纤维层纤维纤度小于1.0D,各纤维层之间采用热轧点热轧粘合;以此构成的无纺布卷材表面形成凸起区域和由热轧点形成的凹入区域,所述无纺布表面的凸起区域与由热轧点形成的凹入区域的高度差大于0.4mm。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种无纺布卷材,其特征在于:所述无纺布卷材的透气度小于5000L/m2/s。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种无纺布卷材,其特征在于:所述的中间的纤维层纤维纤度小于0.5D。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种无纺布卷材,其特征在于:所述热轧点形成的凹入区域面积占无纺布总面积的5%至70%。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种无纺布卷材,其特征在于:所述各热轧点形成的凹入区域面积占无纺布总面积的20%至50%。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种无纺布卷材,其特征在于:所述表层纤维层为纤维长丝。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种无纺布卷材,其特征在于:所述底层纤维层为纤维长丝。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种无纺布卷材,其特征在于:所述中间的纤维层的克重为每平方米2克至25克。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种无纺布卷材,其特征在于:所述无纺布卷材的克重为每平方米25克至125克。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种无纺布卷材,其特征在于:所述表层纤维层与底层纤维层之间至少包含一层所述中间的纤维层。
