技术领域
本发明属于无纺布技术领域,具体涉及一种带有印刷图案的无纺布卷材。
背景技术
机械紧固件是本领域所熟知的,也可以叫做“钩和环”紧固件,机械紧固件由可分离的两部分组成,其中一部分是在一基底上具有末端凸起或成J型的钩件,另一部分是带有环状功能层的环件。将钩件和环件压合时,由于钩件嵌入到环件中与环件相互缠绕,从而使得获得的紧固件可以紧密结合,不易脱落。当合适的剥离力施加其上时,钩件和环件又可以分开。通过钩环之间的结合分离,可以实现反复的使用。
用于婴儿纸尿裤的环件,通常需要具有精美的印刷图案,对婴儿有一定吸引力,降低婴儿长期使用的抗拒心理,而且可以印刷相关的纸尿裤型号,搭扣标示等信息,方便新手妈妈参考,应用时更容易熟练穿脱。但是现有的环件通常由织造或非织造线通过粘合的形式与具有印刷图案的塑料薄膜相复合而成。例如申请号为201120354129.4的实用新型专利涉及一种塑料纺织物复合卷膜,主要用做婴儿尿不湿腰带。所述复合卷膜包括具有印刷图案的塑料薄膜层、粘合剂层和纺织物层,所述塑料薄膜层通过粘合剂层粘合在纺织物层的上表面,由于塑料薄膜表面容易印制精美图案,且采用印刷工艺印制图案,环境友好,印制方便、成本低。但由于其含有的塑料薄膜,用于一次性卫生用品领域时,如纸尿裤时,其透气效果势必将受到影响,并且也不易调节设定达到独特的透气度要求,从而不利于后续环件用于纸尿裤的加工。而无纺布基材的环件,由于印刷表面纤维较粗,图案清晰度不高,色牢度较差,无纺布印刷难度较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种带有印刷图案的无纺布卷材。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种带有印刷图案的无纺布卷材,其透气度为0~3500L/m2/s,包括依次相连的一顶面纤维层、至少一中间承印层和一底面纤维层,顶面纤维层和底面纤维层所用纤维的纤度大于1.0D,中间承印层所用纤维的纤度小于0.3D,且中间承印层上印有一色或多色油墨印刷图案,顶面纤维层、至少一中间承印层和一底面纤维层通过热压点热粘合,且热压点形成的凹入区域的面积占总面积的5~70%;
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述中间承印层所用纤维的纤度不大于0.2D。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述中间承印层的克重为每平方米2克至25克。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述热压点形成的凹入区域的面积占总面积的25~50%。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,其克重为每平方米25克至125克。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述中间承印层的克重为每平方米2克至25克。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述油墨印刷为凹版印刷或柔版印刷。
上述无纺布卷材的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将热塑性树脂经抽丝、铺网形成纤度大于1.0D的底面纤维层;
(2)采用热空气,在底面纤维层上均匀喷附上纤度小于0.3D的纤维,同时利用上述热空气热度及纤度小于0.3D的纤维形成过程中的余热,使纤维结合形成至少一中间承印层;
(3)在上述中间承印层上通过油墨印刷的方式印刷所需图案;
(4)将热塑性树脂经抽丝、铺网形成纤度大于1.0D的顶面纤维层,将其铺附于上述中间承印层上;
(5)利用带有花纹的热压辊进行热压点热粘合,即成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在纤维纤度小于0.3D的中间承印层进行油墨印刷,使得此中间承印层带有一色或多色油墨印刷图案,克服了因其他塑料薄膜承印层不透气所带来的缺点;同时解决了其他无纺布印刷,因承印面粗糙,导致印刷图案不清晰等印刷问题。由于中间承印层的纤维直径较细,比表面积较大,从而提高了中间承印层的表面活化能,增强了油墨的附着力,较大程度提升了印刷图案的印刷质量,而且该印刷图案位于中间层,有效防止了使用过程中油墨掉色,容易引起皮肤过敏等问题。印刷图案的增加,也可以对婴儿有一定吸引力,降低婴儿长期使用纸尿裤等卫生用品的抗拒心理,而且可以印刷相关的纸尿裤型号,搭扣标示等信息,方便新手妈妈参考,应用时更容易熟练穿脱。

以下通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行进一步的说明和描述。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种带有印刷图案的无纺布卷材,其透气度为0~3500L/m2/s,克重为每平方米25克至125克,包括依次相连的一顶面纤维层11、一中间承印层13(克重为每平方米2克至25克)和一底面纤维层15,顶面纤维层11和底面纤维层15所用纤维的纤度为2.0D,中间承印层13所用纤维的纤度为0.2D,且中间承印层13上印有一色或多色油墨印刷图案,顶面纤维层11、中间承印层13和底面纤维层15通过热压点热粘合,且热压点形成的凹入区域17的面积占总面积的5~70%(优选25~50%);
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将热塑性树脂经抽丝、铺网形成纤度2.0D的底面纤维层15;
(2)采用高温热空气,在底面纤维层15上均匀喷附上纤度0.2D的纤维,同时利用上述热空气热度及纤度0.2D的纤维形成过程中的余热,使纤维结合形成一具有一定强度的中间承印层13;
(3)在上述中间承印层13上通过印刷装置印刷所需图案;
(4)将热塑性树脂经抽丝、铺网形成纤度2.0D的顶面纤维层11,将其铺附于上述中间承印层13上;
(5)利用带有花纹的热压辊进行热压点热粘合,热压点形成的凹入区域17的面积占总面积的5~70%(优选25~50%),即成,以此构成的无纺布卷材表面形成热压粘合区域和非粘合区域。
将油墨印刷于中间承印层13,由于该层纤维直径较细,比表面积较大,从而提高了该层的表面活化能,增强了油墨的附着力,较大程度提升了印刷图案的印刷质量;而且该印刷图案位于中间承印层13,有效防止了使用过程中油墨掉色,容易引起皮肤过敏等问题。

如图2所示,一种带有印刷图案的无纺布卷材,其透气度为0~3500L/m2/s,克重为每平方米25克至125克,包括依次相连的一顶面纤维层11、一第一中间承印层131(克重为每平方米2克至25克)、一第二中间承印层132(克重为每平方米2克至25克)、一中间纤维层14和一底面纤维层15,顶面纤维层11、中间纤维层14和底面纤维层15所用纤维的纤度大于1.0D,第一中间承印层131和第二中间承印层132所用纤维的纤度小于0.3D,第一中间承印层131和第二中间承印层132构成一总承印层,且该总承印层上印有一色或多色油墨印刷图案,顶面纤维层11、第一中间承印层131、第二中间承印层132、中间纤维层14和底面纤维层15通过热压点热粘合,且热压点形成的凹入区域17的面积占总面积的5~70%(优选25~50%);
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将热塑性树脂经抽丝、铺网形成纤度大于1.0D的底面纤维层15;
(2)将热塑性树脂经抽丝、在上述底面纤维层15上铺网形成同样的纤度大于1.0D的中间纤维层14,由于采用二次铺设成网,并且该底面纤维层15和中间纤维层14纤维纤度相对较大,所以底面纤维层15和中间纤维层14叠加后使得克重和纤维网面更加均匀,为后续第一中间承印层131和第二中间承印层132的均匀喷附提供良好条件;
(3)采用高温热空气,在中间纤维层14上均匀喷附上两层纤度小于0.3D的纤维,同时利用上述热空气热度及纤度小于0.3D的纤维形成过程中的余热,使纤维结合形成一具有一定强度的相互复合的第一中间承印层131和第二中间承印层132;
(4)第一中间承印层131和第二中间承印层132构成一总承印层,在上述总承印层上通过印刷装置印刷所需图案,由于该总承印层也采用二次铺设成网,其纤维层表面更加细腻,比表面积更大,表面活化能更高,从而形成更加均匀的印刷油墨膜,印刷图案质量更高;
(5)将热塑性树脂经抽丝、铺网形成纤度大于1.0D的顶面纤维层11,将其铺附于上述总承印层上;
(6)利用带有花纹的热压辊进行热压点热粘合,热压点形成的凹入区域17的面积占总面积的5~70%(优选25~50%),即成,以此构成的无纺布卷材表面形成热压粘合区域和非粘合区域。
当采用上述实施例制备的无纺布卷材制作成机械紧固件中与钩件相结合的环件应用到纸尿裤上时,将纸尿裤后腰左右侧翼的机械紧固件的钩件与该纸尿裤前腰围处的环件贴合,即可将纸尿裤穿戴在使用者身上。采用本发明制备环件的没有塑料材质的基底,具有良好的透气性,因而适合使用在需要良好透气性能的产品如纸尿裤上。
同时,在纸尿裤的生产过程中,分切好的环件先是吸附在辊筒上,然后再和纸尿裤前腰处贴合。如果环件的透气性过大,则辊筒将难以吸附住环件,造成贴合到纸尿裤前腰处时,发生错位或漂移等诸多造成不良品的情况。因此,在纸尿裤的生产过程中,对于环件的透气性能要求是不能过大,理想的状态应该是能够对环件透气度按照设定要求进行调节,以达到和生产相配合的目的。而在本发明中,通过加入中间纤度小于0.3D的纤维,调节该中间承印层13的克重,即可达到按设定要求调节环件透气度的目的,使得纸尿裤生产时更为便捷。并且通过添加印刷层,降低婴儿长期使用纸尿裤等卫生用品的抗拒心理,而且可以印刷相关的纸尿裤型号,搭扣标示等信息,方便新手妈妈参考,应用时更容易熟练穿脱。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一种带有印刷图案的无纺布卷材,其特征在于:其透气度为0~3500L/m2/s,包括依次相连的一顶面纤维层、至少一中间承印层和一底面纤维层,顶面纤维层和底面纤维层所用纤维的纤度大于1.0D,中间承印层所用纤维的纤度小于0.3D,且中间承印层上印有一色或多色油墨印刷图案,上述顶面纤维层、至少一中间承印层和一底面纤维层的各所用纤维经铺网和喷附后通过热压点一次热粘合成型,且热压点形成的凹入区域的面积占总面积的5~70%;
其制造方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将热塑性树脂经抽丝、铺网形成纤度大于1.0D的底面纤维层;
(2)采用热空气,在底面纤维层上均匀喷附上纤度小于0.3D的纤维,同时利用上述热空气热度及纤度小于0.3D的纤维形成过程中的余热,使纤维结合形成至少一中间承印层;
(3)在上述中间承印层上通过油墨印刷的方式印刷所需图案;
(4)将热塑性树脂经抽丝、铺网形成纤度大于1.0D的顶面纤维层,将其铺附于上述中间承印层上;
(5)利用带有花纹的热压辊进行热压点热粘合,即成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种带有印刷图案的无纺布卷材,其特征在于:所述中间承印层所用纤维的纤度不大于0.2D。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种带有印刷图案的无纺布卷材,其特征在于:所述中间承印层的克重为每平方米2克至25克。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种带有印刷图案的无纺布卷材,其特征在于:所述热压点形成的凹入区域的面积占总面积的25~50%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种带有印刷图案的无纺布卷材,其特征在于:其克重为每平方米25克至125克。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种带有印刷图案的无纺布卷材,其特征在于:所述油墨印刷为凹版印刷或柔版印刷。
