Description
Claims (10)
- 物理的な蒸発析出(PVD)で硬金属又はサーメットサブストレートボディをコーティングする方法であって、焼結が終ったサブストレートボディを中間処理なしでPVDコーティングの前に、粒状のブラスト手段を用いて、サブストレートボディの表面に近い領域が、唯一の又は付与された第1のPVD層に存在する固有応力と少なくともほぼ同じ大きさである固有応力を有するまでブラスト処理することを特徴とする、物理的な蒸発析出(PVD)で硬金属又はサーメットサブストレートボディをコーティングする方法。
- ブラスト手段が最大600μmの直径、有利には最大150μmの直径、さらに有利には最大100μmの直径を有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- サブストレートボディを乾式ブラスト法で処理する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- ブラスト手段が少なくともほぼ丸い粒子形態を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ブラスト手段として加圧ノズル噴射された鋼、鋳鉄粒、重金属粉又はこれらの混合物、ガラス、コランダム、硬金属粒及び/又は破壊強度の高いセラミックを使用する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ブラスト手段が圧縮空気で少なくとも1.0×105−10×105Pa、有利には1.5×105−3.5×105Paの圧力でサブストレートボディに向けられる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ブラスト手段がサブストレート体表面に垂直に向けられる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- サブストレートボディをブラスト処理のあとで、周期表のIVaからVIa族の元素の炭化物、窒化物、炭窒化物、酸化物又は酸炭窒化物から又はAl2O3、AITiN又はAINから成る単数又は複数の層でコーティングされており、この場合、個々の層の厚さが0.1μmと10μmとの間でかつ総厚さが最大20μmである、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- コーティングを備えた硬金属又はサーメットボディであって、サブストレートボディの表面に近い領域が、唯一のPVD層又は多層である場合の第1のPVD層の固有応力と少なくともほぼ同じ固有応力を有していることを特徴とする、コーティングを備えた硬金属又はサーメットボディ。
- 前記ボディが切削工具として構成されている、請求項9記載のコーティングを備えた硬金属又はサーメットボディ。
