Claims (32)

- 前記フィラメントのうちの少なくとも1つが、前記管腔内機器の1つの端部から、中央長さ部分に向かって延在する、請求項1に記載の管腔内機器。
- 前記端部のうちの少なくとも1つが、拘束シースによって圧縮状態に保持される、請求項2に記載の管腔内機器。
- 前記拘束シースが、前記フィラメントに引張り力を加えることによって、前記少なくとも1つの端部から解放される、請求項3に記載の管腔内機器。
- 前記拘束シースが、前記少なくとも1つの端部で始まり前記管腔内機器の中央長さ部分に向かって進む方向で解放される、請求項4に記載の管腔内機器。
- 前記拘束シースが、前記少なくとも1つの端部を超えて延在して、前記圧縮状態における前記端部の直径よりも小さな直径を有する尖った導入体先端を形成する、請求項5に記載の管腔内機器。
- 前記端部のうちの少なくとも1つが、拘束シースによって圧縮状態に保持される、請求項1に記載の管腔内機器。
- 前記拘束シースが、前記フィラメントに引張り力を加えることによって、前記少なくとも1つの端部から解放される、請求項7に記載の管腔内機器。

- 第1及び第2の端部を有する自己拡張型ステントを含む管腔内機器であって、前記機器が、前記ステントの少なくとも一部を覆う被覆体を備えており、前記第1及び第2の端部が、身体導管内に挿入するための圧縮状態と、拡張状態とを有しており、前記第1の端部が、第1の拘束シースを解放するように構成された第1の解放フィラメントによって圧縮状態から拡張状態に個別に展開可能な当該第1の拘束シースによって圧縮状態に保持されており、そして前記第2の端部が、第2の拘束シースを解放するように構成された第2の解放フィラメントによって圧縮状態から拡張状態に個別に展開可能な当該第2の拘束シースによって圧縮状態に保持されており、展開は前記端部で開始されて前記機器の中央長さ部分に向かって進む、管腔内機器。
- 前記第1の拘束シースが、前記自己拡張型ステントの前記第1の端部を超えて延在する端部分を備えており、前記端部分が、前記自己拡張型ステントの前記圧縮状態よりも小さな直径を有する尖った導入体である、請求項25に記載の管腔内機器。
- 前記自己拡張型ステントが所定の長さを有しており、そして前記管腔内機器が、前記自己拡張型ステントの長さの少なくとも一部に沿って軸方向補剛部品を内蔵している、請求項25に記載の管腔内機器。
- 前記管腔内機器が、直接可視化下で、手によって植え込み可能である、請求項25に記載の管腔内機器。
- 少なくとも1つの端部を有する自己拡張型ステントを含む管腔内機器であって、前記機器が、前記ステントの少なくとも一部を覆う被覆体を備えており、前記少なくとも1つの端部が、身体導管内に挿入するための圧縮状態と、拡張状態とを有しており、前記少なくとも1つの端部が、第1の拘束シースによって圧縮状態に保持されており、前記拘束シースが、前記第1の端部を超えて延在して、前記圧縮された少なくとも1つの端部よりも小さな直径を有する導入体を内蔵する、管腔内機器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの端部が、前記拘束シースを解放するように構成された解放フィラメントによって圧縮状態から拡張状態に展開可能である、請求項29に記載の管腔内機器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの端部が、概ね前記第1の端部から、前記機器の中央部分に向かって延びる方向で展開する、請求項30に記載の管腔内機器。
