Abstract
Description
−球形粒子は、0.8以上、好ましくは0.9以上の球形度を与える。
−アルミナの量は、乾燥材料に基づいて、好ましくは基本耐熱質量に基づいて質量%において95%を超える。有利には、このようなモルタルから得られた焼結生成物は、良好なクリープ抵抗、すなわち、加圧下及び固定された温度において若干の加熱寸法変化を有する。
−樹脂、セルロース、または、カルボキシメチルセルロース、デキストリン、ポリビニルアルコールなどのリグノン(lignone)誘導体などの一時的な有機結合剤(すなわち、焼結中に完全に又は部分的に除去される)。好ましくは、一時的な結合剤の量は、混合物の乾燥質量に対して質量%で0.1から6%の間である。
−リン酸、一リン酸アルミニウムなどの化学硬化剤。
−SECAR71またはCA270セメントなどのCaOアルミン酸タイプのアルミニウムセメントなどの水硬性の硬化剤。
−アルカリ金属ポリリン酸またはメタクリレート誘導体などの凝集防止剤または分散剤。純粋なイオン性の(例えば、HMPNa)、純粋な立体構造の、ポリメタクリル酸ナトリウムタイプの、又は、それらが結合された全ての周知の分散剤が考えられる。
−二酸化チタン(混合物の乾燥質量に対して、約2%を越えない割合で)または水酸化マグネシウムなどの焼結促進剤。
−ステアリン酸マグネシウムまたはステアリン酸カルシウムなどの成形剤。
−実現を促進し、焼結を助ける粘土質タイプの添加剤。これらの添加剤は、シリカをもたらし、従って、好ましくは質量%で2%未満に限定される。その上、それらは、水に対する過度の要求をもたらす。
(a)プレフォームを形成するために、本発明による耐熱モルタルを型に鋳造する段階。
(b)型からプレフォームを取り出す段階。
(c)前記プレフォームを乾燥する段階。
(d)焼結された耐熱ブロックを形成するために、好ましくは1300から1800℃の温度で、好ましくは酸化雰囲気で前記プレフォームを焼成する段階。

−ネッチュ社(Netsch Company)によって供給される回転楕円体ジルコニア(ZrO2)粉末粒子、メジアン径D50=1mm。
−セイントゴバインザープロ社(Saint−Gobain Zirpro Company)によって供給される回転楕円体ジルコン(ZrSiO4)粉末粒子B505NP、直径D50=20μm。
Claims (11)
- 基本耐熱材料に対して質量%で、0.1μm以上で2mm以下のメジアン径を有する少なくとも1%で最大で10%の粒状化されていない球形粒子を含み、前記モルタルの総乾燥質量に対して質量%で、4%未満のシリカ(SiO2)と1%から8%の水とをさらに含み、
前記粒状化されていない球形粒子の大きさの相対標準偏差は、100%未満である、自己流動性耐熱フィラーモルタル。 - 前記粒状化されていない球形粒子の大きさの相対標準偏差は、60%未満である、請求項1に記載の自己流動性耐熱フィラーモルタル。
- 前記基本耐熱材料に対して質量%で、少なくとも5%の粒状化されていない球形粒子を含む、請求項1または2に記載の自己流動性耐熱フィラーモルタル。
- 前記粒状化されていない球形粒子は、100μm以下のメジアン径を有する、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の自己流動性耐熱フィラーモルタル。
- 前記粒状化されていない球形粒子は、1μm以下のメジアン径を有する、請求項4に記載の自己流動性耐熱フィラーモルタル。
- 前記乾燥材料に対して質量%で、2%未満のシリカを含む、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の自己流動性耐熱フィラーモルタル。
- 前記球形粒子は、0.8以上の球形度を有する、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の自己流動性耐熱フィラーモルタル。
- 前記球形粒子は、0.9以上の球形度を有する、請求項7に記載の自己流動性耐熱フィラーモルタル。
- 前記アルミナ含有量は、前記乾燥材料に対して質量%で、95%を超える、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の自己流動性耐熱フィラーモルタル。
- 前記乾燥質量に対して質量%で、5%未満の水を含む、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の自己流動性耐熱フィラーモルタル。
- 自己流動によって25mm未満の幅の穴を満たす、請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載のモルタルの使用。
