Description
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも直列の複数のシリンダ(15、16、17、18)を備え、シリンダごとに2本の吸気ダクトを有する内燃機関用の空気分配装置(10、10’)であって、シリンダへの供給のための側方連絡管路(45、46、65、66)を備えたほぼ円筒形の管状主要本体(24)を備え、管状主要本体との分岐部(37、38、39、40、41、42、43、44)が、前記管状主要本体の母線GAにそってほぼ整列して開口し、管状主要本体(24)が、前記分岐部の上流で空気取入孔(32)に開いたほぼ180°のエルボ管(30)から延長され、前記エルボ管が、分岐部の整列母線GAを含む前記主要本体の直径面P3に対して傾斜している空気分配装置において、管状本体(24)内の、分配された第1のシリンダ(15)および第2のシリンダ(16)の連絡管路(45、46、65、66)の分岐部(37、38、40、41)とは反対の側に配設され、分配された第1のシリンダと第2のシリンダの分岐部の間に頂部ゾーン(72)を有する、凹部(70)を備えることを特徴とする空気分配装置(10、10’)。
- 頂部ゾーン(72)が、分配された第1のシリンダ(15)の下流分岐部(38)のすぐ下流に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気分配装置(10、10’)。
- 前記凹部が、頂部ゾーン(72)の両側で管状本体(24)内の空気の流れ方向に収束/分散する断面(71、73)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気分配装置(10、10’)。
- 収束/分散断面(71、73)が、分配された第1のシリンダ(15)の上流分岐部(37)のほぼ下流から、分配された第2のシリンダ(16)の下流分岐部(40)の上流へと延びることを特徴とする請求項2及び3に記載の空気の分配装置(10、10’)。
- 前記凹部(70)が、管状本体(24)内の空気の流れ方向にほぼ垂直に延びることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の空気分配装置(10、10’)。
- 分配された第1のシリンダ(15)の連絡管路(45、46)の分岐部(37、38)の上流および近傍、ならびにエルボ管の傾斜側に、管状主要本体(24)の空気の流れ区間の部分的絞りランプ(48)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の空気分配装置(10’)。
- 前記ランプ(48)が、上流面(50)および下流面(52)がそれぞれ小さな傾斜および大きな傾斜を有する非対称な跳躍台の形をとり、前記ランプが直径面P3に対して側方に傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の空気分配装置(10’)。
- ランプ(48)の正面および上流におけるエルボ管のほぼ出口に、管状本体(24)内の空気の流れ方向にほぼ垂直に延びる第2の凹部(60)を有することを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の空気分配装置(10’)。
- 前記第2の凹部(60)が、管状本体(24)内の空気の流れ方向に収束/分散する断面を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の空気分配装置(10’)。
- 管状本体(24)が、その直線部分に、角が丸められたほぼ長方形の断面(34)を有し、エルボ管の短辺(36)が、エルボ管(30)に対向する管状本体の側面に対応し、連絡管路(45、46、65、66)の前記分岐部(37、38、39、40、41、42、43、44)を支持することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の空気の分配装置(10、10’)。
- 前記直径面P3がシリンダヘッドの吸気面(12)に垂直になるように、それぞれのシリンダに対応するシリンダヘッドの吸気ダクト(45、46、65、66)に向かい合って、シリンダの列と平行に連絡管路(37、38、39、40)が配設された状態で、前記内燃機関のシリンダヘッドの対応する吸気面(12)と平行に取り付けられるように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の空気分配装置(10、10’)。
- 前記内燃機関のシリンダヘッドの吸気面上に取り付けられた請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの空気分配装置を備える、特に自動車車両用の内燃機関。
- 前記内燃機関のシリンダヘッドの吸気面上に取り付けられた請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの空気分配装置を備える、特に自動車車両用のディーゼル型内燃機関。
