Claims (6)
- 以下に記載する組成物(質量%):
Sn:0.2〜0.5%、
Nb:0.2〜0.8%、
Fe:0.05〜0.40%、
V:0〜0.20%、
O:0.12〜0.20%、
Si:80〜120ppm、
C:≦120ppm
を含むジルコニウム合金。 - 最大で0.5%のNb分を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の合金。
- 少なくとも0.07%のバナジウム(V)を含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の合金。
- Sn、Nb、Fe及びVの合計分量が最大で1.3%であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の合金。
- 請求項1〜4の1つに記載の合金から製造されていることを特徴とする軽水炉、特に加圧水型原子炉の炉心用構造部材。
- 累積焼鈍パラメータが(10−40)E−18時間の条件下で製造されたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の構造部材。
