Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 燃焼機関(2)から出る排気を導くように意図された排気ライン(4)と、前記燃焼機関(2)へ大気圧を超える空気を導くように意図された入口ライン(8)と、帰還ライン(11)を介して排気ライン(4)から入口ライン(8)へ排気を再循環させることを可能にするために前記排気ライン(4)と前記入口ライン(8)とを接続する帰還ライン(11)とを有する、車両(1)内で、過給気燃焼機関(2)の排気を再循環するための装置であって、前記装置が、冷却空気流れの形態の冷媒を用いて前記帰還ライン(11)内の再循環排気を冷却する第1のステップをもたらすための第1のEGR冷却器(14、14’)と、実質的に周囲の温度の冷媒を用いて前記帰還ライン(11)内の再循環排気を冷却する第2のステップをもたらすための第2のEGR冷却器(15、15’)とを含み、前記第1のEGR冷却器(14、14’)が、前記車両(1)の内部領域(B、B’)に取り付けられ、前記燃焼機関(2)の作動中に前記冷却空気流れに該第1のEGR冷却器を通させるように適合されることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記第1のEGR冷却器(14)が、前記車両(1)の内部領域(B、B’)に取り付けられ、通常の空冷式ラジエータ(20)を通る空気流れの所期の方向を基準として前記車両(1)内の前記通常の空冷式ラジエータ(20)より下流側に位置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のEGR冷却器(14)が、前記車両(1)の内部領域(B)に取り付けられ、通常のラジエータ(20)と、前記通常のラジエータ(20)を通る空気流れを引き起こす機能を有するラジエータ・ファン(10)との間に位置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記第1のEGR冷却器(14’)に近接して配置され、前記第1のEGR冷却器(14’)を通る冷却空気流れを引き起こす機能を有する分離したラジエータ・ファン(21)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のEGR冷却器(14’)が、前記車両(1)の内部領域(B’)に取り付けられ、前記燃焼機関(2)に近接して位置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のEGR冷却器(14’)が前記燃焼機関(2)に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のEGR冷却器(15)が、前記車両(1)の周囲領域(A)に取り付けられ、周囲温度の空気がそこを流れることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のEGR冷却器(15)が、前記車両(1)の周囲領域(A)に取り付けられ、前記通常の空冷式ラジエータを通る空気流れの所期の方向を基準として前記通常の空冷式ラジエータ(20)より上流側に位置されることを特徴とする、請求項2又は7に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のEGR冷却器(15’)が、前記車両(1)の内部領域(B”)に取り付けられ、循環する液体冷媒を用いた分離した冷却系統の一部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記分離した冷却系統が、前記車両(1)の周囲領域(A’)に位置される放熱エレメント(24)を含み、その放熱エレメント(24)において、前記循環する冷媒が周囲の温度の空気によって冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
