Abstract
Description
これに対し、請求項1の特徴を有する本発明による燃料噴射弁は、弁ケーシング、弁スリーブ、磁石コイルの間に、耐燃料性のエラストマによる確実なシールが軸方向で得られるという利点を有している。このようなシール部は有利には、ゴムから製造される横断面が四角形のシール体であって、これは、使用されるシール体が簡単かつ安価であるという利点を有している。さらなる利点は、シール体の燃料噴射弁の内側での所要スペースが僅かであることにあり、この僅かな所要スペースは、シール体が組み付け後に組み付け状態で緊締され圧縮されることによりさらに減じられる。
次に図1につき本発明の第1実施例を説明する。図1には、概略的な断面図で、本発明により形成された燃料噴射弁1の実施例の縦断面図が示されている。このような燃料噴射弁1は特に、内燃機関の吸気管(図示せず)に燃料を噴射するために適している。
Claims (12)
- 燃料噴射弁(1)であって、戻しばね(14)によって負荷される可動子(7)と協働する磁石コイル(2)を有しており、前記可動子(7)は弁ニードル(8)と共に、軸方向可動な弁部分を形成しており、弁ニードル(8)には弁閉鎖体(10)が設けられており、該弁閉鎖体は、弁座体(11)と共にシール座部を形成している形式のものにおいて、
横断面が四角形のシール体(25)が、磁石コイル(2)と弁ケーシング(4)との間に取り付けられていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - シール体(25)が、耐燃料性のエラストマ材料、特にゴムから形成されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- シール体(25)がリング状に延びており、非緊締状態では台形の横断面を有している、請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射弁。
- シール体(25)が、内面(30)と外面(31)と上面(32)と下面(33)とを有しており、シール体(25)の最大の軸方向の延びは、外面(31)から上面(32)への移行部と、外面(31)から下面(33)への移行部との間である、請求項3記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 内面(30)と外面(31)とは互いに平行に延びていない、請求項3又は4記載の燃料噴射弁。
- シール体(25)の縁部が丸く面取りされている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- シール体(25)の丸く面取りされた複数の縁部の曲率半径が種々様々である、請求項6記載の燃料噴射弁。
- シール体(25)が、磁石コイル(2)を収容するコイル支持体(3)の下面(27)と、弁スリーブ(5)の外周面(28)と、弁ケーシング(4)の半径方向に延びる肩部(29)との間の領域に取り付けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- コイル支持体(3)が下面(27)に環状のカラー(12)または、全周にわたって分配配置された複数の突起を有しており、該カラーまたは突起が、シール体(25)の収容領域を半径方向外側に向かって制限する、請求項8記載の燃料噴射弁。
- シール体(25)が組み付け状態で緊締され圧縮されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- シール体(25)が完全に組み付けられた状態で、コイル支持体(3)の下面(27)と、コイル支持体(3)のカラー(12)または突起と、弁スリーブ(5)の外周面(28)と、弁ケーシング(4)の肩部(29)との間で、これらの構成部分に接触した状態で緊締されている、請求項9記載の燃料噴射弁。
- シール体(25)が圧縮状態で、楕円若しくは卵形の横断面を有している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
