Claims (5)
- パンチを備えた打ち抜きリベットトングを用いて少なくとも2つの部材を、特に2つの薄板を結合させるために打ち抜きリベットを、特に半中空打ち抜きリベットをセットする方法であって、セットすべき打ち抜きリベットを、パンチによって、結合すべき薄板を通じてプレスするようにした前記方法において、
打ち抜きリベットをセットする前に、結合すべき薄板を、セットすべき打ち抜きリベットのみを介して圧縮させて、結合すべき薄板の間に隙間があればこれを解消させ、その後にはじめて打ち抜きリベットをセットすることを特徴とする方法。 - セットすべき打ち抜きリベットを用いて圧縮させた後、一定の締め付け力の状態で待機時間が設定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 結合すべき薄板の間に接着剤が塗布されている請求項1に記載の方法において、セットすべき打ち抜きリベットを用いて圧縮させた後、可変な締め付け力の状態で待機時間が設定されていることを特徴とする方法。。
- 待機時間が0.1秒ないし2秒の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 待機時間中の締め付け力が2kNないし10kNの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
