Description
・石英砂のバッチ混合機中への注入(Einlauf)
・樹脂成分及びイソシアネート成分の計測ポンプを介する計測。計測は並行して又は連続して起こす
・本発明にかかる添加剤を次いで添加し、並行して砂の砂混合機中への計測を伴う
・混合時間は200秒までであり、所望の要件及び種類の混合機による
・湿潤混合物のコア射出機械上での処理
・コアの除去
・完成したコアの砂型(Sandform)中への実際のキャスティング操作のための配置
Claims (5)
- 成形物質からのキャスティングコア(注型心材)又は型の生産のための、成形の基材及び有機又は無機の結合剤、成形物質に及び/又は結合剤に添加される孔形成体に基づく方法であって、粉糖及び/又は同様の炭素化合物を孔形成体へ混ぜることを特徴とする、方法。
- 染料が添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。
- 成形コア又は型が熱処理にかけられてよく、又はかけられなくてもよいことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2の少なくとも1項の方法。
- 結合剤が、変動可能な比率のフェノール樹脂成分及びイソシアネート成分において構成され、2種の結合剤成分が石英砂中に同時に導入され、及び次いで混合されることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の少なくとも1項の方法。
- 粉糖及び/又は同様の炭素化合物及び/又は染料を、均一な混合物が生産されるやり方において混合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の少なくとも1項の方法。
