Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、トランスミッションユニット(T)を備え、例えば自動車において少なくとも一つの駆動入力ユニット(E,F,L)と少なくとも一つの駆動出力ユニット(E,F,L)とを作動的に結合する駆動組立体(1)に係り、遊星歯車装置(G)をトランスミッションユニット(T)に並列に配置して作動させ、この遊星歯車装置(G)の一つの回転部材(8,10,11)にフライホイール機能を持たせている。

Claims (16)
- 車両用駆動組立体(1)であって、
エンジン(E)、負荷(L)及びフライホイール(F)からなる少なくとも三つの慣性要素(E,F,L)を含み、これらの慣性要素は相互に作動するよう接続され、前記少なくとも三つの慣性要素(E,F,L)のそれぞれが駆動組立体の正常作動中回転し、そして駆動組立体(1)の駆動入力ユニット(EもしくはFもしくはL)として、及び駆動出力ユニット(EもしくはFもしくはL)として機能することができ、
さらに、トランスミッションユニット(T)と遊星歯車装置(G)とを備えている駆動組立体(1)において、
前記遊星歯車装置(G)は前記エンジン(E)及び負荷(L)の間で前記トランスミッション(T)に並列に作動するよう配置され、そして前記少なくとも三つの慣性要素(E,F,L)の各々は前記遊星歯車装置(G)の回転部材(8,10,11)の別々の一つと作動するよう接続されたことを特徴とする駆動組立体(1)。 - 遊星歯車装置(G)のいずれかの回転部材(8,10,11)が駆動入力部材(8,10,11)として、及び駆動出力部材(8,10,11)として作動するように該遊星歯車装置(G)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動組立体。
- 遊星歯車装置(G)の一つの回転部材(8,10,11)がフライホイール(F)に作動するように接続され、このフライホイール(F)は前記三つの慣性要素(E,F,L)の一つであることを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2に記載の駆動組立体。
- 遊星歯車装置(G)は遊星歯車式の段(8−11)により構成され、これらの段の回転部材の回転軸は並列に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2もしくは3に記載の駆動組立体。
- フライホイール(F)は太陽歯車(10)に接続され、そして遊星キャリア(11)とリングギヤ(8)とはそれぞれ、前記駆動出力ユニットである負荷への入力部材、及び駆動入力ユニット(E)への出力部材として結合されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の駆動組立体。
- 遊星歯車装置(G)の三つの回転部材(8,10,11)の各々が三つの慣性要素(E,F,L)の一つへ作動するよう接続され、二つの回転部材(8,10,11)はトランスミッションユニット(T)により相互に作動するよう接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の駆動組立体。
- 駆動入力ユニット(EもしくはFもしくはL)と駆動出力ユニット(EもしくはFもしくはL)が少なくとも燃焼機関(E)、フライホイール(F)及び負荷(L)の中の少なくとも二つを表していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の駆動組立体。
- 遊星歯車装置(G)とトランスミッションユニット(T)との両方の一の作用端が駆動入力ユニット(EもしくはF)の駆動部材(2)と作動するよう接続され、遊星歯車装置(G)とトランスミッションユニット(T)との両方の他の作用端が負荷(L)へ作動するよう接続された別の駆動部材(5)と作動するよう接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の駆動組立体。
- トランスミッション(T)はフライホイール(F)と内燃機関である駆動入力ユニット(E)との間に作動するよう接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の駆動組立体。
- トランスミッション(T)は前記フライホイール(F)と前記負荷(L)との間に作動するよう接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の駆動組立体。
- 駆動組立体が装備される車両を介して負荷(L)が決められることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のうちのいずれか1項に記載の駆動組立体。
- トランスミッション(T)が自動トランスミッションであることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のうちのいずれか1項に記載の駆動組立体(1)。
- トランスミッション(T)が連続可変トランスミッションであることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のうちのいずれか1項に記載の駆動組立体。
- 請求項1〜13のうちのいずれか1項に記載の駆動組立体(G,T,F)を設けた動力ユニット。
- エンジンのフライホイールの機能が前記遊星歯車装置(8,10,11)の一つの回転部材を介して果たされる、燃焼機関を設けた、請求項13に記載の動力ユニット(E,G,T,F)。
- 請求項1〜15のうちのいずれか1項に記載の駆動組立体もしくは動力ユニットを設けた車両。
