図3は、内燃機関を介したジェネレータによるアキュムレータの充電時に電動モータによってのみ駆動される車両ハイブリッドドライブのための駆動回路の原理図であり、
図4は、電動モータによってのみ駆動、厳密に言えば内燃機関を停止した状態でのバッテリ運転で駆動される車両ハイブリッドドライブのための駆動回路の原理図であり、
表1は、従来型の4段式ドライブおよび本発明によるハイブリッドドライブの性能データの対比表である。
メインモータ(Hauptmotor)、すなわち主原動機2として形成された内燃機関、例えばオットーエンジン、ディーゼルエンジンまたは天然ガスエンジンと、電気的なジェネレータ3と、制御装置4と、アキュムレータ5と、遊星歯車伝動装置6(負荷下で切換可能な伝動装置)と、電動モータ(Elektromotor)7と、ハイドロダイナミック式のコンバータ8とが示されている。一般にこの種のハイブリッドドライブで使用されるハイドロダイナミック式のコンバータ8は、車両のアイドリング状態で駆動エネルギが車両の車輪に伝達され得ないことを保証する。ハイドロダイナミック式のコンバータ8はいわば別のクラッチを形成する。メインモータ2は、入力側の駆動軸9に作用し、電動モータ7は、入力側の駆動軸10を駆動する。駆動軸9,10はクラッチ11を介して互いに作用技術的に結合可能である。歯車12はジェネレータ3を駆動する。ハイブリッドドライブ1のその他の構成部分は、別のクラッチ13と、ブレーキ14と、遊星歯車伝動装置6の出力部にある1つの共通の被動軸15とにより形成される。さらに、遊星歯車伝動装置6内には、リングギヤ16、サンギヤ17ならびにプラネットギヤ18およびプラネットキャリア19(腕)が配置されている。

Claims (5)
- 車両のためのハイブリッドドライブにおいて、内燃機関(2)と、ジェネレータ(3)と、電動モータ(7)と、サンギヤ(17)、リングギヤ(16)、プラネットキャリア(19)ならびにプラネットギヤ(18)を有する遊星歯車伝動装置(6)とを有しており、該遊星歯車伝動装置(6)が少なくとも1つの被動軸(15)を有しており、前記内燃機関(2)と前記遊星歯車伝動装置(6)との間に、第1のクラッチ(11)を介して互いに連結可能な第1および第2の駆動軸(9,10)が延在しており、該第1の駆動軸(9)は前記内燃機関(2)側に、該第2の駆動軸(10)は前記遊星歯車伝動装置(6)側に配置されており、前記ジェネレータ(3)が前記第1の駆動軸(9)に、前記第1の駆動軸(9)により駆動可能であるように接続されており、前記電動モータ(7)が前記第2の駆動軸(10)に、該第2の駆動軸(10)を駆動可能であるように接続されており、前記第1の駆動軸(9)が、第2のクラッチ(13)を介して前記遊星歯車伝動装置(6)の前記リングギヤ(16)に接続可能であり、該リングギヤ(16)が、少なくとも1つのブレーキ(14)を介して固定可能であり、車両の第1の走行領域のために、前記被動軸(15)の総トルクを増大させるため、前記ブレーキ(14)を閉鎖し、前記第1のクラッチ(11)を閉鎖しかつ前記第2のクラッチ(13)を開放することにより、前記第1の駆動軸(9)および前記第2の駆動軸(10)を連結して、内燃機関(2)および電動モータ(7)のトルクを、前記遊星歯車伝動装置(6)のサンギヤ(17)に導入可能であり、別の走行領域のために、前記被動軸(15)の総回転数を増大させるため、前記ブレーキ(14)を開放し、前記第1のクラッチ(11)を開放し、かつ前記第2のクラッチ(13)を閉鎖することにより、前記内燃機関(2)の回転数を前記第2のクラッチ(13)を介してリングギヤ(16)に伝達し、かつ前記電動モータ(7)の回転数を前記遊星歯車伝動装置(6)のサンギヤ(17)に伝達することを特徴とする、車両のためのハイブリッドドライブ。
- 前記第2のクラッチ(13)が、湿式の多板クラッチとして形成されている、請求項1記載のハイブリッドドライブ。
- 前記ブレーキ(14)が、湿式の多板ブレーキとして形成されている、請求項1記載のハイブリッドドライブ。
- 前記第2の駆動軸(10)が、遊星歯車伝動装置(6)のリングギヤ(16)と係合する駆動部材を備え、前記第2の駆動軸(10)が、前記駆動部材と前記遊星歯車伝動装置(6)との間に、第3のクラッチ(20)を備え、前記駆動部材が、前記第2の駆動軸(10)と前記遊星歯車伝動装置(6)のリングギヤ(16)との間に、第4のクラッチ(21)を備える、請求項1記載のハイブリッドドライブ。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドドライブのための伝動装置を制御する方法において、前記内燃機関(2)および前記電動モータ(7)を第1の走行領域では前記被動軸(15)の総トルクを増大させるように接続し、前記内燃機関(2)および前記電動モータ(7)を別の走行領域では前記被動軸(15)の総回転数を増大させるように接続することを特徴とする、ハイブリッドドライブのための伝動装置を制御する方法。
