Abstract

Claims (4)
- 並列に積み重ねられた複数の個別湾曲粒子分離装置と、
前記複数の個別湾曲粒子分離装置の各々の入口に接続された1つの入口カプラーであって、その入口カプラーはそれら複数の個別湾曲粒子分離装置のすべての入口へ流体が入るように機能する入口カプラーと、
前記複数の個別湾曲粒子分離装置の各々の対応する出口に接続された少なくとも2つの出口カプラーと、
を備える粒子分離システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記個別湾曲粒子分離装置は、螺旋状の装置であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 入口マニフォールドと、
ヘリカル螺旋状の構成をなすように配設され内部に流体を流す複数の分離チャネルであって互いに並列した複数の分離チャネルと、
出口マニフォールドと、
を備える粒子分離システム。 - 請求項3記載のシステムであって、フィードバック制御システムを備えることを特徴とするシステム。
