Abstract
本发明提出了一种破碎筛分装置,包括破碎部和两个筛分部,所述破碎腔内设有对辊,所述破碎腔两侧内壁设有固定板,所述固定板上设有刷毛,所述筛分部包括套筒和设于套筒内的蛇形筛分筒,所述蛇形筛分筒下端连有转动电机,所述蛇形筛分筒通过侧壁上设有若干筛分孔与所述套筒相通,所述套筒内壁两侧上下交错设有若干挡条,本发明通过蛇形筛分筒配合转动电机,增大了离心力,有效提高了筛分效率,且本发明具有优异的自清洁性,在工作的同时刷毛可以清理对辊上的黏附物料,挡条可随着转动电机的转动不断抽打在蛇形筛分筒上,有效避免了筛分孔的堵塞,另外还设有空压机,清洁效果好,有效解决了筛分装置清洁难的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及机械破碎筛分技术领域,具体涉及一种破碎筛分装置。
背景技术
我国用粉煤灰生产烧结实心砖已有半个世纪的历史,粉煤灰和页岩、高岭土、耐火土等粘结料运至原料场后,先按掺配比进行混合,用88微米孔径筛筛分,将筛余料粉碎加工后,再用88微米孔径筛筛分,确保颗粒粒径小于0.005mm,然后将第二次筛余料进行粉碎,筛分除渣。目前在破碎筛分过程中,因原料含水率不能得到有效控制,破碎机及滚筒筛会频繁被堵塞,需花费大量时间及人工清理,生产效率低,且对设备的损伤较大,增大了投入成本,不利于生产。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提出了一种破碎筛分装置,具有优异的筛分性和清洁性。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种破碎筛分装置,包括破碎部和两个筛分部,所述破碎部包括进料口、破碎腔、出料口,所述进料口设于所述破碎腔上端,所述破碎腔内设有对辊,所述破碎腔两侧内壁设有固定板,所述固定板上设有刷毛,所述破碎腔下端设有所述出料口,所述出料口通过下料管与所述筛分部相连,所述筛分部包括套筒和设于套筒内的蛇形筛分筒,所述套筒上下端均设有通孔,所述套筒上端的所述通孔内贯穿设有固定管,所述固定管上端与所述下料管底部转动相连,所述固定管下端连有所述蛇形筛分筒,所述蛇形筛分筒下端连有转动电机,所述蛇形筛分筒通过侧壁上设有若干筛分孔与所述套筒相通,所述套筒内壁两侧上下交错设有若干挡条,所述套筒与所述蛇形筛分筒下端均设有下料口。
优选的,所述对辊为对齿辊,对齿辊间距可根据需要调节。
优选的,所述破碎腔顶部设有八字形挡板,有利于集中投入的物料,提高粉碎率。
优选的,所述刷毛远离所述固定板一端与所述对辊相触。
优选的,所述下料管为倒“Y”形,所述下料管两个分叉段上均转动设有开关挡板。
优选的,所述两个筛分部内的筛分孔孔径相同或不同。
优选的,所述固定管与所述通孔间转动相连。
优选的,所述挡条为软性橡胶条。
优选的,所述筛分部上方设有空压机,所述空压机通过通风管与所述套筒上端相通。
由于采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过蛇形筛分筒配合转动电机,增大了离心力,有效提高了筛分性,而且设有两个筛分部,提高了筛分效率。同时,本发明具有优异的自清洁性,在工作的同时刷毛可以清理对辊上的黏附物料,挡条可随着转动电机的转动不断抽打在蛇形筛分筒上,有效避免了筛分孔的堵塞,另外还设有空压机,清洁效果好,有效解决了筛分装置清洁难的问题。

一种破碎筛分装置,参照图1所示,包括破碎部1和两个筛分部2,所述破碎部1包括进料口11、破碎腔12、出料口13,所述进料口13设于所述破碎腔12上端,所述破碎腔12内设有对齿辊121,所述破碎腔12顶部设有八字形挡板123,所述破碎腔12两侧内壁设有固定板122,所述固定板122上设有刷毛3,所述刷毛3远离所述固定板122一端与所述对辊121相触,所述破碎腔12下端设有所述出料口13,所述出料口13通过下料管4与所述筛分部2相连,所述下料管4为倒“Y”形,所述下料管4两个分叉段上均转动设有开关挡板41,所述筛分部2包括套筒21和设于套筒21内的蛇形筛分筒22,所述套筒21上下端均设有通孔211,所述套筒21上端的所述通孔211内贯穿设有固定管5,所述固定管5与所述通孔211间转动相连,所述固定管5上端与所述下料管4底部转动相连,所述固定管5下端连有所述蛇形筛分筒22,所述蛇形筛分筒22下端连有转动电机6,所述蛇形筛分筒22通过侧壁上设有若干筛分孔与所述套筒21相通,两个所述筛分部2内的筛分孔孔径相同或不同,所述套筒21内壁两侧上下交错设有若干挡条212,所述挡条212为软性橡胶条,所述套筒21与所述蛇形筛分筒22下端均设有下料口7,所述筛分部2上方设有空压机8,所述空压机8通过通风管81与所述套筒21上端相通。
具体的,本发明通过蛇形筛分筒配合转动电机,增大了离心力,有效提高了筛分性,而且设有两个筛分部,可设为两个不同筛分孔孔径的筛分部或两个相同筛分孔孔径的筛分部,提高了筛分效率。
本发明具有优异的自清洁性,在工作的同时刷毛可以清理对辊上的黏附物料,挡条可随着转动电机的转动不断抽打在蛇形筛分筒上,使得筛分孔内附着的物料松动脱落,有效避免了筛分孔的堵塞,另外还设有空压机,当装置工作完成后,可打开转动电机,利用挡条使得筛分孔内的物料松动,再配合空压机间歇式的通入空气炮,清洁效果更强,有效解决了筛分装置清洁难的问题,避免了大量人力物力的浪费。

1.一种破碎筛分装置,其特征在于:包括破碎部(1)和两个筛分部(2),所述破碎部(1)包括进料口(11)、破碎腔(12)、出料口(13),所述进料口(11)设于所述破碎腔(12)上端,所述破碎腔(12)内设有对辊(121),所述破碎腔(12)两侧内壁设有固定板(122),所述固定板(122)上设有刷毛(3),所述破碎腔(12)下端设有所述出料口(13),所述出料口(13)通过下料管(4)与所述筛分部(2)相连,所述筛分部(2)包括套筒(21)和设于套筒(21)内的蛇形筛分筒(22),所述套筒(21)上下端均设有通孔(211),所述套筒(21)上端的所述通孔(211)内贯穿设有固定管(5),所述固定管(5)上端与所述下料管(4)底部转动相连,所述固定管(5)下端连有所述蛇形筛分筒(22),所述蛇形筛分筒(22)下端连有转动电机(6),所述蛇形筛分筒(22)通过侧壁上设有若干筛分孔与所述套筒(21)相通,所述套筒(21)内壁两侧上下交错设有若干挡条(212),所述套筒(21)与所述蛇形筛分筒(22)下端均设有下料口(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的破碎筛分装置,其特征在于:所述对辊(121)为对齿辊。
3.根据权利要求1所述的破碎筛分装置,其特征在于:所述破碎腔(12)顶部设有八字形挡板(123)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的破碎筛分装置,其特征在于:所述刷毛(3)远离所述固定板(122)一端与所述对辊(121)相触。
5.根据权利要求1所述的破碎筛分装置,其特征在于:所述下料管(4)为倒“Y”形,所述下料管(4)两个分叉段上均转动设有开关挡板(41)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的破碎筛分装置,其特征在于:两个所述筛分部(2)内的筛分孔孔径相同或不同。
7.根据权利要求1所述的破碎筛分装置,其特征在于:所述固定管(5)与所述通孔(211)间转动相连。
8.根据权利要求1所述的破碎筛分装置,其特征在于:所述挡条(212)为软性橡胶条。
9.根据权利要求1所述的破碎筛分装置,其特征在于:所述筛分部(2)上方设有空压机(8),所述空压机(8)通过通风管(81)与所述套筒(21)上端相通。
