Claims (10)
- 流体力学的力分離デバイスであって、
スタックされた複数の層であって、各層は内部に流路、前記流路への入口、前記流路の少なくとも2つの出口、および前記層内に画定される開口を画定されている、複数の層と、
前記スタックの第1の端部上に位置する第1のプレートであって、前記第1のプレートは開口を有する、第1のプレートと、
前記スタックの第2の端部上に位置する第2のプレートであって、前記第2のプレートは開口を有する、第2のプレートと、
前記第1のプレート、スタックおよび第2のプレートをともに圧迫するための、前記スタック、前記第1のプレートおよび前記第2のプレートの整列した開口内に受け入れられるコネクタと、を備える、デバイス。 - 各層が、そこから伸張する突起をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 各層が、前記流路に近接する、高度に研磨されたシール面をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 各層が、前記高度に研磨されたシール面に近接する、二次シール面をさらに含む、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 各層が、前記層の間に、柔軟なガスケットまたはOリングのような材料をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 各層が、柔軟なポリマー層を被覆される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。

スタックされた複数の層であって、各層は内部に流路、前記流路への入口、および前記流路の少なくとも2つの出口を画定されている、複数の層と、
前記スタックを収容する円筒形シェルであって、前記シェルは第1のネジ部および第2のネジ部を有する、シェルと、
前記シェルの前記第1のネジ部にネジ嵌めされる第1のプレートと、前記シェルの前記第2のネジ部にネジ嵌めされる第2のプレートとを備え、
前記スタック内の前記複数の層が前記第1のプレートと前記第2のプレートとの間で圧迫される、デバイス。 - 各層が、そこから伸張する突起をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 各層が、前記流路に近接する、高度に研磨されたシール面をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のデバイス。

隣接する層の前記突起を互いと整列させるステップと、
隣接する層の前記突起が係合するように層をともにスナップ止めしてスタックにするステップと、
2つのプレートの間で前記層を圧迫するステップと、を含む、方法。
