Abstract
【解決手段】このタイヤ加硫機1は、生タイヤ100を着脱可能に収容するモールド2と、モールド2内に収容された生タイヤ100の内部空間100aに繋がり、生タイヤ100を加硫成形するための加熱加圧媒体としての窒素ガスを流通させる媒体経路4と、媒体経路4に設けられ、その媒体経路4を流通する窒素ガスの温度を制御するための加熱部10とを備え、加熱部10は、窒素ガスが流通する流路を内部に有する加熱体40と、前記流路を流通する窒素ガスが加熱されるように加熱体40を電磁誘導によって加熱する誘導加熱手段42とを有する。

Claims (12)
- 生タイヤの加硫成形を行うためのタイヤ加硫機であって、
前記生タイヤを着脱可能に収容するモールドと、
前記モールド内に収容された前記生タイヤの内部空間に繋がり、前記生タイヤを加硫成形するための加熱加圧媒体を流通させる媒体経路と、
前記媒体経路に設けられ、その媒体経路を流通する前記加熱加圧媒体の温度を制御するための加熱部とを備え、
前記加熱部は、前記加熱加圧媒体が流通する流路を内部に有する加熱体と、前記流路を流通する前記加熱加圧媒体が加熱されるように前記加熱体を電磁誘導によって加熱する誘導加熱手段とを有する、タイヤ加硫機。 - 前記加熱体と前記誘導加熱手段との間には、断熱材が設けられている、請求項1に記載のタイヤ加硫機。
- 前記加熱体は、前記媒体経路の一部を構成する配管部材からなる、請求項1または2に記載のタイヤ加硫機。
- 前記誘導加熱手段は、前記配管部材の周囲に配置され、前記配管部材に磁力線を及ぼす磁力発生部材からなり、
前記加熱部は、前記配管部材の径方向において前記磁力発生部材の外側に配置された強磁性非導体部材を有する、請求項3に記載のタイヤ加硫機。 - 前記磁力発生部材は、前記配管部材の周囲に巻回され、通電により磁力線を発するコイルからなる、請求項4に記載のタイヤ加硫機。
- 前記加熱体は、少なくとも一部が強磁性導体材料からなる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ加硫機。
- 前記加熱体は、強磁性導体材料からなる部分と、高熱伝導材料からなる部分とを含む、請求項6に記載のタイヤ加硫機。
- 前記加熱体の前記流路を囲む内面には、凹凸部が設けられている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ加硫機。
- 前記加熱体は、直管状に構成されており、
前記凹凸部は、前記加熱体の軸方向に直線的に延びている、請求項8に記載のタイヤ加硫機。 - 前記加熱体は、その軸方向に繋ぎ合わされた複数の直管状の加熱体セグメントからなり、
前記各加熱体セグメントは、その内面に周方向に交互に配設されるとともに軸方向に延びる凹部と凸部をそれぞれ有し、
軸方向に隣り合う前記加熱体セグメント同士の前記凹部及び前記凸部は、周方向の位相が互いにずれるように配置されている、請求項8に記載のタイヤ加硫機。 - 前記加熱体内には、前記流路を遮る方向に配置された多孔板が設けられている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ加硫機。
- 前記加熱体は、内部に前記加熱加圧媒体の流路をそれぞれ有する複数の配管部材の集合体からなる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ加硫機。
