Abstract
【解決手段】ブリスクブレード2の前縁1を形造るために、後続の研削及び研磨プロセスにおいて除去される材料の形状、量及び配置を、ブレードの全長にわたって前もって確定する。前縁の長さにわたって所望の材料除去に正確に対応する材料公差7を楕円形形状3が有するように、ブレード前縁をフライス加工し、その結果、空力的に有利な形状を特徴とする前縁を有するブリスクブレードがフライス加工によって作成される。

Claims (7)
- 材料公差を有するように固体から機械加工され、続いて研削及び研磨プロセスにおいて処理されるブリスクブレード(2)の前縁(1)を空力的に形成する方法であって、前縁(1)の全長にわたって、研削及び研磨中の材料除去の形状及び量は各場合に有効である特定の条件に従って確定され、確定された材料除去の形状及び量に対応する形状及び量を有する材料公差(7)を有する楕円形状(3)が前縁のフライス加工時に形成されることを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 材料公差(7)はブリスクブレード(2)の負圧側に向かって楕円形状に非対称に形成され、それによって非対称予備形状を形成し、材料公差の量は環状部からブレードの先端にかけて徐々に増加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 非対称予備形状は、ブレードの長さにわたって互いに追従して流れ方向を向いている平面フライス加工路において前縁の周囲を側面フライス加工することによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 側面フライス加工は、ブリスクブレードの正圧側及び負圧側並びに後縁の周囲で同様に行われることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 非対称予備形状(13)は、線状のフライス加工によって生成され、それによって前縁の長手方向に、いくつかの隣り合う凹形状のフライス加工経路(12)を形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 半球形カッターヘッド(11)を有するダイカッター(10)が線状のフライス加工のために使用されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- カッターヘッドの半径(r)はブリスクブレードの隅肉半径(R)以下であり、これによりカッターヘッド(11)を使用してブリスクブレードの隅肉を線状にフライス加工可能であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
