Claims (6)
- ブランク(12)を機械加工してタービンエンジン構成部品(10)を製作する方法(50)であって、
(a)前記ブランク内に第1のポケット(54)を荒公差に機械加工して、第1の側壁(60)を形成する段階(52)と、
(b)前記ブランク内に第2のポケット(56)を荒公差に機械加工して、第2の側壁(78)を形成する段階(52)と、
(c)前記第1のポケット(54)と第2のポケット(56)の間にグルーブ(58)を荒公差に機械加工して、前記第1の側壁(60)と対向する第3の側壁(72)の一部分と、前記第2の側壁(78)と対向する第4の側壁(74)の一部分とを露出させる段階(70)と、
(d)前記荒公差よりも小さい仕上げ公差に前記第1及び第3の側壁(60、72)並びに前記第2及び第4の側壁(74、78)を機械加工する段階(76)と、
(e)前記(c)のグルーブ(58)の荒公差での機械加工と、前記(d)の仕上げ公差での前記第1及び第3の側壁(60、72)並びに前記第2及び第4の側壁(74、78)の機械加工とを交互に繰り返すことによって前記ブランク内に前記グルーブ(58)をより深く段階的フライス加工しかつ前記第3の側壁(72)及び第4の側壁(74)によって少なくとも部分的に形成された第3のポケット(68)を形成する段階(80〜86)と
を含む方法。 - 前記第1の側壁(60)と第3の側壁(72)が第1のブレードを形成し、前記第2の側壁(78)と第4の側壁(74)が、前記第1のブレードに隣接した第2のブレードを形成する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1のブレードと第2のブレードとを形成した後、前記ブランク(12)を次の角度割出しする、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記グルーブ(58)の機械加工と、前記前記第1及び第3の側壁(60、72)並びに前記第2及び第4の側壁(74、78)の機械加工を交互に繰り返す段階(80〜86)が、前記グルーブ(58)の機械加工(80)と、前記第1及び第3の側壁(60、72)の機械加工(84)と、前記第2及び第4の側壁(74、78)の機械加工(86)とを交互に繰り返すことを含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の側壁(60、66)を機械加工する段階(76)が、同一の加工ツール(34)を使用して前記第1〜第4の側壁(60、72、74、78)を機械加工する段階を含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法(50)。
- 前記グルーブ(58)を機械加工する段階(70)が、複数の隣接するグルーブを機械加工する段階を含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の方法(50)。
