Abstract
【解決手段】低純度窒素ガスRNを深冷分離して高純度窒素ガスGNを分離する深冷分離装置11と、該深冷分離装置で分離した前記高純度窒素ガスの少なくとも一部を液化するガス液化装置21とを備えた液化窒素製造装置において、前記ガス液化装置で発生した窒素ガス、例えば大気圧状態の第1循環窒素ガスCN1、低圧状態の第2循環窒素ガスCN2及び中圧状態の第3循環窒素ガスCN3のうち、第1循環窒素ガスCN1及び第2循環窒素ガスCN2を前記低純度窒素ガスRNにそれぞれ合流させる第1循環経路23a及び第2循環経路23bを設ける。

Claims (4)
- 低純度窒素ガスを深冷分離して高純度窒素ガスを分離する深冷分離工程と、該深冷分離工程で分離した前記高純度窒素ガスの少なくとも一部を液化して液化窒素を採取するガス液化工程とを含む液化窒素製造方法において、前記ガス液化工程で発生する窒素ガスの少なくとも一部を、前記深冷分離工程前の前記低純度窒素ガスに循環合流させることを特徴とする液化窒素製造方法。
- 前記液化工程の前段で、前記高純度窒素ガス中の一酸化炭素を除去する精製工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液化窒素製造方法。
- 低純度窒素ガスを深冷分離して高純度窒素ガスを分離する深冷分離装置と、該深冷分離装置で分離した前記高純度窒素ガスの少なくとも一部を液化するガス液化装置とを備えた液化窒素製造装置において、前記ガス液化装置で発生した窒素ガスの少なくとも一部を前記低純度窒素ガスに合流させる循環経路を設けたことを特徴とする液化窒素製造装置。
- 前記液化装置の前段に、前記高純度窒素ガス中の一酸化炭素を除去する精製装置が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の液化窒素製造装置。
