Description
Claims (8)
- 原料空気圧縮機で昇圧して冷却器で25〜45℃に冷却した原料空気を吸着器で精製し、熱交換器で露点付近まで冷却した後、凝縮器を上部に備えた精留塔に導入し、該精留塔での蒸留操作によって原料空気を精留塔下部の酸素富化液と精留塔上部の窒素ガスとに分離し、少なくとも前記窒素ガスの一部を前記熱交換器で昇温後に製品として採取するとともに、運転に必要な寒冷を外部から液化ガスを注入することにより得る窒素製造方法において、前記吸着器から導出した原料空気の全量を冷却することなく膨張タービンに導入し、該膨張タービンで断熱膨張させてから前記熱交換器の温端に導入することを特徴とする窒素製造方法。
- 前記膨張タービンは、前記原料空気圧縮機の圧縮段と同一のピニオン軸に設けられているか、または、ブルギアを通じて前記原料空気圧縮機の圧縮段と機械的に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の窒素製造方法。
- 前記製品として採取する窒素ガスを、前記原料空気圧縮機の圧縮段と同一のピニオン軸に設けられているか、または、ブルギアを通じて前記原料空気圧縮機の圧縮段と機械的に連結されている製品窒素圧縮機で昇圧することを特徴とする請求項1記載の窒素製造方法。
- 前記精留塔下部の酸素富化液を減圧して気液分離した後、分離液の一部を系外に抜き出すとともに、分離液の残部を前記凝縮器に導入することを特徴とする請求項1記載の窒素製造方法。
- 原料空気を昇圧する原料空気圧縮機と、昇圧後の原料空気を25〜45℃に冷却する冷却器と、冷却後の原料空気を精製する吸着器と、精製後の原料空気の全量を冷却することなく導入して断熱膨張させる膨張タービンと、断熱膨張後の原料空気を温端から導入して露点付近まで冷却する熱交換器と、冷却後の原料空気を蒸留操作によって塔下部の酸素富化液と塔上部の窒素ガスとに分離する精留塔及び該精留塔の上部に設けられた凝縮器と、該精留塔で分離した少なくとも前記窒素ガスの一部を前記熱交換器で昇温後に製品として採取する製品採取経路と、運転に必要な寒冷を得るために外部から液化ガスを注入する寒冷注入経路とを備えたことを特徴とする窒素製造装置。
- 前記膨張タービンは、前記原料空気圧縮機の圧縮段と同一のピニオン軸に設けられているか、または、ブルギアを通じて前記原料空気圧縮機の圧縮段と機械的に連結されており、前記膨張タービンで発生する動力を前記空気圧縮機の動力の一部として回収するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の窒素製造装置。
- 前記窒素ガスを製品として採取する製品採取経路に、前記原料空気圧縮機の圧縮段と同一のピニオン軸に設けられているか、または、ブルギアを通じて前記原料空気圧縮機の圧縮段と機械的に連結された製品窒素圧縮機を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の窒素製造装置。
- 前記精留塔下部の酸素富化液を減圧する減圧弁と、減圧後の酸素富化液を気液分離する気液分離器と、該気液分離器で分離した分離液の一部を系外に抜き出す液抜出経路と、分離液の残部を前記凝縮器に導入する経路とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の窒素製造装置。
