Abstract
【解決手段】フィルム状の基材11の下面に低抵抗体層12や高抵抗体層13を形成し、この高抵抗体層13内に平均粒径の異なる軟質粒子14と硬質粒子15を分散すると共に、この高抵抗体層13下面に、複数の固定接点6Aや6Bを配置することによって、押圧操作を繰返した後も抵抗値の変動が少なく、確実な操作が可能な感圧導電シート16、及びこれを用いたパネルスイッチを得ることができる。

Description
図1は本発明の一実施の形態によるパネルスイッチの断面図であり、同図において、11はポリエチレンテレフタレートやポリカーボネート、ポリイミド等のフィルム状で可撓性を有する厚さ25〜200μmの基材で、この下面にはシート抵抗値50Ω〜30kΩ/□の低抵抗体層12が、カーボン粉を分散したフェノールやエポキシ、フェノキシ、フッ素ゴム等の合成樹脂によって形成されている。

Claims (4)
- フィルム状の基材と、この基材下面に形成された抵抗体層からなり、上記抵抗体層内に平均粒径の異なる軟質粒子と硬質粒子を分散した感圧導電シート。
- 軟質粒子の平均粒径を硬質粒子の平均粒径よりも大きく形成した請求項1記載の感圧導電シート。
- 抵抗体層を基材下面に形成された低抵抗体層と、この低抵抗体層下面に重ねて形成された高抵抗体層から形成すると共に、上記高抵抗体層内に軟質粒子と硬質粒子を分散した請求項1記載の感圧導電シート。
- 請求項1記載の感圧導電シートの抵抗体層下面に、複数の固定接点を配置したパネルスイッチ。
