Abstract
【解決手段】この発明は、燃焼室が第1の予加熱期間中に50°K/分超、特に100°K/分超の第1の予加熱速度をもって予加熱され、それによって窯を少なくとも1000℃、特に1100℃ないし1250℃に予加熱する歯科用窯に関する。前記第1の予加熱期間に対して少なくとも5分、特に少なくとも10分の長さの中間加熱期間が後続しその勾配あるいは加熱速度を歯科用窯(10)内で焼結される材料に応じて調節し、その後に30°K/分超、特に約50°K/分の加熱速度で加熱する最終予加熱期間(44)が続き、その間に少なくとも5分間、特に少なくとも10分間窯温度が前記第1の予加熱期間の終端の温度より高くに保持され、それに続いて窯(10)の強制冷却が実施される。

Claims (14)
- 加熱室が第1の予加熱期間中に50°K/分超、特に100°K/分超の第1の予加熱速度をもって予加熱され、それによって窯を少なくとも1000℃、特に1100℃超に予加熱する歯科用窯であり、前記第1の予加熱期間に対して少なくとも5分、特に少なくとも10分の長さの中間加熱期間が後続しその勾配あるいは加熱速度を燃焼窯(10)内で焼結される材料に応じて調節し、その後に30°K/分超、特に50°K/分超の加熱速度で加熱する最終予加熱期間(44)が続き、その間に少なくとも5分間、特に少なくとも25分間窯温度が前記第1の予加熱期間の終端の温度より高くに保持され、それに続いて窯(10)の強制冷却が実施されることを特徴とする歯科用窯。
- 焼結される焼結材料が第1の予加熱期間中に50°K/分超の予加熱速度で予加熱される歯科用窯であり、第1の予加熱期間の終端と最終加熱期間の開始の間に50°K/分よりも顕著に低く、特に10°K/分未満である加熱速度を有する中間加熱期間が存在し、また前記第1の予加熱期間と最終加熱期間は材料と無関係に設定され、前記中間加熱期間はその長さおよび加熱速度の点に関して焼結される材料に依存して決定されることを特徴とする歯科用窯。
- 加熱室(20)内の最大温度は約1600℃となり、窯(10)が室温を起点にしてその加熱室(20)内で30分未満の間に1600℃まで加熱可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の歯科用窯。
- 中間加熱速度は略10の累乗、特に10ないし50の係数で第1の予加熱速度よりも低くなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の歯科用窯。
- 窯(10)の加熱室(20)が耐熱性の絶縁材、特に繊維から形成されたプレス成形材によって被包されていて、その壁厚が15ないし25mmとなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の歯科用窯。
- 中間加熱期間は温度および/または時間に関して焼結される歯科材料の焼結工程のうちで温度/時間で示される焼結速度が最大となる中間段階を包合するように選択されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の歯科用窯。
- 燃焼される歯科材料が予焼結および/または予硬化され、実質的な焼結の前に焼結材料の最終硬度に比べて顕著に低く、特にその半分未満である硬度を有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の歯科用窯。
- 第1の予加熱速度は第1の予加熱期間(40)から中間加熱期間への移行に際してオーバシュートは発生しないが少なくとも50°K/分となるような最大加熱速度に相当するように選択されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の歯科用窯。
- 保持期間(46)の終了後に第1の予加熱期間(40)の加熱速度より低く中間加熱期間の加熱速度よりは高い第1の冷却速度によって窯(10)が冷却され、その後により高い第2の冷却速度が設定されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の歯科用窯。
- 歯科用窯をマイクロ波オーブンとすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の歯科用窯。
- 加熱室(20)が第1の予加熱期間中に50°K/分超、特に約100°K/分の第1の予加熱速度をもって予加熱され、それによって窯を少なくとも1000℃、特に1100℃ないし1250℃に予加熱する方法であり、前記第1の予加熱期間に対して少なくとも5分、特に少なくとも10分の長さの中間加熱期間が後続しその勾配あるいは加熱速度を窯(10)の焼結材料に応じて調節し、その後に20°K/分超、特に約50°K/分の加熱速度で加熱する最終予加熱期間(44)が続き、その間に少なくとも5分間、特に25分間窯温度が前記第1の予加熱期間の終端の温度より高くに保持され、それに続いて窯(10)の強制冷却が実施されることを特徴とする方法。
- 焼結される焼結材料が第1の予加熱期間中に50°K/分超の予加熱速度で予加熱される方法であり、第1の予加熱期間の終端と最終加熱期間の開始の間に50°K/分よりも顕著に低く、特に10°K/分未満である加熱速度で予加熱する中間加熱期間が存在し、また前記第1の予加熱期間と最終加熱期間は対象物と無関係に設定済みであるかあるいは設定されるものとし、前記中間加熱期間はその長さおよび加熱速度の点に関して焼結される材料に依存して決定されることを特徴とする方法。
- 歯科補綴材料を乾式あるいは湿式焼結によって焼結する方法であって、焼結材料が特にZrO2、Al2O3、およびそれらの化合物から形成されまた特にドーピング補助剤を有する酸化セラミックを含むことを特徴とする請求項11または12記載の方法。
- 保持時間(46)の終了と共に開始して窯(10)の強制冷却が実施され、それによって60分未満、特に20ないし60分の間に特に約400℃である取り出し温度までの歯科補綴材料の冷却が達成されることを特徴とする請求項11ないし13のいずれかに記載の歯科用窯。
