Abstract
【解決手段】筒状に構成され、一端にシール部を備えるエラストマ材料からなる電気絶縁性の第1筒状部材と、該シール部の半径方向内側表面に突設され、前記第1筒状部材の円周方向に延在し、それぞれが離間して配されている複数の環状突部と、前記シール部の半径方向内側に配置され、前記シール部をその半径方向外側へ拡大した状態に維持する除去可能なコア部材とを備えた電線被覆用チューブを提供する。

Claims (6)
- 一端にシール部を備えるエラストマ材料からなる電気絶縁性の第1筒状部材と、
前記シール部の半径方向内側表面に突設され、前記第1筒状部材の円周方向に延在し、それぞれが離間して配されている複数の環状突部と、
前記シール部の半径方向内側に配置され、前記シール部をその半径方向外側へ拡大した状態に維持する除去可能なコア部材と、
を備えた電線被覆用チューブ。 - 前記電線被覆用チューブに前記電線を挿通し、前記第1筒状部材から前記コア部材を除去して前記電線上に前記第1筒状部材の前記シール部を収縮させたときに、前記シール部の突条間部が前記電線の被覆と接触しないように複数の前記環状突部の高さ及び間隔が設定されている請求項1に記載の電線被覆用チューブ。
- 前記シール部に配された複数の前記環状突部が、それぞれ異なる高さおよび/または形状を有する請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の電線被覆用チューブ。
- 前記コア部材が、筒状の本体部を有する拡径部材と、該本体部の表面に配置されたフィルム状の滑り部材とを備え、前記電線被覆用チューブから摺動して離脱可能なコア部材である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電線被覆用チューブ。
- 前記滑り部材が、第1表面と、前記第1表面の裏面に低摩擦性の第2表面とを有し、
前記滑り部材は、その一部で前記第1表面が外側、前記第2表面が内側になるように折り返された状態で前記コア部材の前記本体部の表面に配置されている請求項4に記載の電線被覆用チューブ。 - 前記筒状部材よりも硬度の低い材料で構成された筒状の第2筒状部材を、前記シール部と前記コア部材との間に備える請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電線被覆用チューブ。
