Abstract
【解決手段】 コア部材12は、中空筒状の本体部22と、本体部22の外周面22c上に配置され、本体部22と本体部22を囲繞する弾性チューブ部材16のシール領域18との間の摩擦を低減する滑り部材34と、本体部22に外方へ延出するように設けられ、本体部22をシール領域18から脱離するための外力を本体部22に伝達する延長部26とを備える。延長部26は、コア脱離作業において、コア部材12の本体部22をシール領域18から脱離するための外力を、本体部22に効率良く伝達する。滑り部材34は、本体部22がシール領域18に囲繞された作用位置にあるときに、本体部外周面22c上でそれ自体折り重ねて配置される自己滑り性を有する成形フィルムからなる。

Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態による常温収縮管装置10の正面図、図2は、常温収縮管装置10の一構成要素を示す図、図3は、常温収縮管装置10の部分拡大断面図、図4は、常温収縮管装置10に用いられる本発明の一実施形態によるコア部材12の斜視図である。常温収縮管装置10は、2つの開口端を有する直線管の形態を備え、例えばケーブル(被覆電線)の直線接続部を被覆保護する常温収縮型の被覆チューブとして使用できる。しかし、常温収縮管装置10の用途はこれに限定されない。また、コア部材12は、種々の弾性管状体に内設して使用できる摺動脱離型コア部材である。
例えば、コア部材12の延長部26は、図9に示すように、本体部22を形成する複数の板状要素28に個別に設けることができる。この構成においては、本体部22を、互いに独立すなわち完全分離した一対の板状要素28から形成することができ、その場合には両板状要素28のそれぞれに、1本の腕部分26aと弧部分26bとを有する延長部26を形成できる(図9(a))。或いは、本体部22を、延長部26とは別の連結部分50を介して相対回動可能に相互連結される一対の板状要素28から形成することもでき、その場合には、少なくとも一方の板状要素28に同様の延長部26を形成できる(図9(b))。

Claims (7)
- 中空筒状の本体部と、該本体部に関連して備えられ、該本体部と該本体部を囲繞する弾性管状体との間の摩擦を低減する滑り材とを具備し、弾性管状体に内設して使用される摺動脱離型コア部材において、
前記本体部に外方へ延出するように設けられ、該本体部を弾性管状体から脱離するための外力を該本体部に伝達する延長部を有することを特徴とする摺動脱離型コア部材。 - 前記滑り材が、前記本体部の外周面上に配置されるシート状の滑り部材を含む請求項1に記載の摺動脱離型コア部材。
- 前記滑り部材が、前記本体部とは別体に形成されて該本体部に取り付けられる請求項2に記載の摺動脱離型コア部材。
- 前記滑り部材は、前記本体部が弾性管状体に囲繞された作用位置にあるときに、該本体部の前記外周面上でそれ自体折り重ねて配置される自己滑り性を有する成形フィルムからなり、該成形フィルムが、該作用位置にある該本体部の該外周面の、弾性管状体に囲繞される作用領域を実質的に被覆する形状を有する請求項2又は3に記載の摺動脱離型コア部材。
- 前記成形フィルムが、前記本体部の前記外周面の前記作用領域を局部的に露出させる切欠きを有する請求項4に記載の摺動脱離型コア部材。
- 前記本体部は、互いに組み合わされることにより中空筒状体を形成する複数の板状要素を備え、前記延長部が、それ自体可撓性を有して、それら板状要素を相対変位可能に相互連結する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の摺動脱離型コア部材。
- 開口端を有する弾性チューブ部材と、該弾性チューブ部材の該開口端から所定長さのシール領域に除去可能に内設され、該シール領域を弾性的拡径状態に保持する中空筒状のコア部材とを具備する常温収縮管装置において、
前記コア部材が、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の摺動脱離型コア部材からなり、
前記摺動脱離型コア部材は、前記延長部を前記弾性チューブ部材の前記開口端から外方へ突出させた状態で、前記シール領域に内設されること、
を特徴とする常温収縮管装置。
