Abstract
【解決手段】ベッド11上にコラムベース12を水平方向に移動自在に支持し、コラムベース12上にコラム13を立設し、コラム13の側面にサドル14を鉛直方向に移動自在に支持し、サドル14にラムストック15を水平方向に移動自在に支持し、ラムストック15に主軸16を駆動回転可能に支持して構成し、コラム13内にラムストック15と平行をなす方向に沿ってウエイト22を移動自在に支持し、このウエイト22をサーボモータ23により水平方向に沿って移動可能とし、NC装置25が、ラムストック15の移動に同期してサーボモータ23によりウエイト22を移動することでコラム13のバランスを調整する。

Claims (5)
- 工作機械本体と、該工作機械本体に対して水平方向に沿って移動自在に支持される水平移動体と、該水平移動体に駆動回転可能に支持されると共に先端部に工具を装着可能な主軸とを有する工作機械であって、
前記工作機械本体内に前記水平移動体と平行をなす方向に沿って移動自在に支持されるウエイトと、
該ウエイトを水平方向に沿って移動するウエイト移動手段と、
前記水平移動体の移動に同期して前記ウエイト移動手段により前記ウエイトを移動することで前記水平移動体のバランスを調整する制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする工作機械。 - 前記工作機械本体に対して鉛直方向に沿って鉛直移動体が移動自在に支持され、該鉛直移動体に前記水平移動体が水平方向に沿って移動自在に支持され、前記ウエイトは、前記工作機械本体の内部に鉛直方向に沿って配設される重量物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記ウエイトは、回転自在に支持されて径方向に複数の環状室が並設されると共に該複数の環状室に所定量の流体が封入される回転体と、該回転体を所定速度で回転する回転体駆動手段とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記ウエイトは、前記工作機械の内部に鉛直方向に沿って配設される重量物である第1ウエイトと、径方向に複数の環状室が並設されると共に該複数の環状室に所定量の流体が封入されて回転可能な回転体である第2ウエイトとを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記水平移動体の先端部にアタッチメントを介して工具が装着可能であり、前記ウエイトは、前記アタッチメント及び前記工具の重量に応じて重量が調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の工作機械。
