Abstract
【解決手段】組電池は、直方体の密閉型金属製単電池ケース2および単電池ケース2の端子面から突出している二つの電圧端子を備えた複数個の単電池1と、互いに隣接する単電池1の互いに対向する二つの主面3同士の間に配置されてそれらの主面3同士の間隔を保持するスペーサ6と、互いに異なる単電池1の電圧端子同士を電気的に接続する接続部と、を有する。スペーサ6は、単電池ケース2の角部を支持する複数の突起7を有し、主面3に対向する位置に、その単電池ケース2の主面3が単電池ケース2の内圧によって膨れたときにその膨れた部分を避ける貫通穴が形成されている。

Claims (5)
- 他の面よりも大きくて互いに平行な二つの主面を持つ直方体の密閉型金属製単電池ケースおよび、前記単電池ケースの前記主面でない一つの面から突出している二つの電圧端子を備えた複数個の単電池と、
互いに隣接する前記複数個の単電池の互いに対向する二つの前記主面同士の間に配置されてそれらの主面同士の間隔を保持するスペーサと、
互いに異なる前記単電池の前記電圧端子同士を電気的に接続する接続部と、
を有する組電池であって、
前記スペーサは、前記単電池ケースの角部を支持する複数の突起を有し、前記単電池ケースの前記主面に対向する位置に、その単電池ケースの主面が前記単電池ケースの内圧によって膨れたときにその膨れた部分を避ける切り欠き部が形成されていること、
を特徴とする組電池。 - 他の単電池の主面に対向しない前記単電池の主面の外側に対向して配置された少なくとも一つの上下板をさらに有し、
この上下板は、前記単電池ケースの角部を支持する複数の突起を有し、前記単電池ケースの前記主面に対向する位置に、その単電池ケースの主面が前記単電池ケースの内圧によって膨れたときにその膨れた部分を避ける切り欠き部が形成されていること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池。 - 前記切り欠き部は貫通穴であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の組電池。
- 前記単電池はリチウムイオン電池であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の組電池。
- 前記単電池ケースはアルミニウム製であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の組電池。
