Abstract
【解決手段】磁気エンコーダ17は、軸受の回転側軌道輪に固定され、回転側軌道輪の回転数を検知するセンサ側に向き、その表面粗さがRa0.3〜3.0μmである外側面22と、軸受を密封するシール16側に向く内側面23とを含むスリンガ18と、外側面22に接着剤を介して接着される多極磁石19と、内側面23に形成され、その表面粗さがRa0.3μm以下であり、シール16と摺接する被膜25bとを備える。

Claims (6)
- 軸受の回転側軌道輪に固定され、前記回転側軌道輪の回転数を検知するセンサ側に向き、その表面粗さがRa0.3〜3.0μmである外側面と、前記軸受を密封するシール側に向く内側面とを含むスリンガと、
前記外側面に接着剤を介して接着される磁石と、
前記内側面に形成され、その表面粗さがRa0.3μm以下であり、前記シールと摺接する被膜とを備える、磁気エンコーダ。 - 前記被膜は、前記接着剤と同一の材料から形成されており、
前記接着剤は、前記外側面および前記内側面に連続的に塗布されている、請求項1に記載の磁気エンコーダ。 - 前記磁石は、磁性粉および前記磁性粉を結着するゴムを含み、周方向に交互に磁極が配置された多極磁石であり、
前記接着剤は、加硫接着剤である、請求項1または2に記載の磁気エンコーダ。 - 前記ゴムは、ニトリルゴムであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の磁気エンコーダ。
- 前記加硫接着剤は、フェノール樹脂系加硫接着剤である、請求項3または4に記載の磁気エンコーダ。
- 回転側軌道輪と、
静止側軌道輪と、
前記回転側軌道輪および前記静止側軌道輪の間に配置され、前記回転側軌道輪の軌道面および前記静止側軌道輪の軌道面を転動する転動体と、
前記回転側軌道輪に固定される磁気エンコーダと、
前記静止側軌道輪に固定されるシールとを含む転がり軸受であって、
前記磁気エンコーダは、前記回転側軌道輪に固定され、前記回転側軌道輪の回転数を検知するセンサ側に向き、その表面粗さがRa0.3〜3.0μmである外側面と、前記転がり軸受を密封するシール側に向く内側面とを含むスリンガと、
前記外側面に接着剤を介して接着される磁石と、
前記内側面に形成され、その表面粗さがRa0.3μm以下であり、前記シールと摺接する被膜とを備える、転がり軸受。
