【解決手段】電気自動車10はモータジェネレータ15に高電圧バッテリ16からインバータ18を介して電極を供給する高電圧ライン20と、モータジェネレータ15および高電圧ライン20を制御する車両制御ユニット(EVCU)30と、低電圧ライン32と、通信ネットワーク31とを有している。電気自動車10を牽引車両40により牽引する際には、両方の車両は連結具46により連結されるとともに、通信ケーブル53により駆動モータ優先制御ユニット44が通信ネットワーク31と接続され、給電ケーブル55により低電圧ライン32にはバッテリ43からの電力が供給され、牽引車両40の駆動モータ優先制御ユニット44からの信号によりインバータ18が制御される。

Claims (6)
- 駆動モータに蓄電デバイスからの電力をインバータを介して供給する高電圧ラインと、前記蓄電デバイスを制御する蓄電デバイス制御ユニットと、前記駆動モータおよび前記高電圧ラインを制御する車両制御ユニットと、前記インバータ、前記蓄電デバイス制御ユニットおよび前記車両制御ユニットに電力を供給する低電圧ラインと、前記車両制御ユニット、前記インバータおよび前記蓄電デバイス制御ユニット相互間に信号を送信する通信ネットワークとを有する電気自動車を、牽引車両により牽引する電気自動車の牽引装置であって、
前記電気自動車と前記牽引車両との間に装着され、前記牽引車両の牽引力を前記電気自動車に伝達する連結具と、
前記通信ネットワークに接続された接続端子に着脱自在に接続され、前記牽引車両に設けられた駆動モータ優先制御ユニットを前記車両制御ユニットに接続する通信ケーブルと、
前記低電圧ラインに接続された電力供給端子に着脱自在に接続され、前記牽引車両に設けられた電源を前記低電圧ラインに接続する給電ケーブルとを有することを特徴とする電気自動車の牽引装置。 - 請求項1記載の電気自動車の牽引装置において、前記牽引車両により前記電気自動車を牽引するときには、前記連結具の張力により前記電気自動車に牽引力を伝達し、前記通信ケーブルと前記給電ケーブルは牽引力を伝達しないことを特徴とする電気自動車の牽引装置。
- 請求項1または2記載の電気自動車の牽引装置において、前記連結具は牽引時に前記連結具に加わる張力を検出して検出信号を前記駆動モータ優先制御ユニットに出力する張力検出手段を備え、前記連結具の張力が所定値以上となったときに前記駆動モータ優先制御ユニットが張力異常を報知することを特徴とする電気自動車の牽引装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気自動車の牽引装置において、前記駆動モータ優先制御ユニットは前記通信ネットワークが故障であると判定したときには前記牽引車両の報知手段に牽引不可能を報知することを特徴とする電気自動車の牽引装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気自動車の牽引装置において、前記駆動モータ優先制御ユニットにより前記車両制御ユニットが故障であると判定されたときには前記駆動モータ優先制御ユニットが前記インバータと前記高電圧ラインの故障を診断し、前記駆動モータ優先制御ユニットにより前記車両制御ユニットが正常であると判定されたときには前記車両制御ユニットが前記インバータと前記高電圧ラインの故障を自己診断することを特徴とする電気自動車の牽引装置。
- 請求項5記載の電気自動車の牽引装置において、前記インバータと前記高電圧ラインの少なくともいずれか一方が故障であると診断されたときには、前記電気自動車に設けられた報知手段と前記牽引車両の前記報知手段との少なくともいずれか一方に牽引不可能を報知し、いずれも正常であると診断されたときには少なくともいずれか一方の報知手段に牽引可能を報知することを特徴とする電気自動車の牽引装置。
