Abstract
【解決手段】基材シート6上に、第一級水酸基を有するヒンダードアミン系光安定剤が結合している透明若しくは半透明な樹脂からなる保護層1が少なくとも積層されており、該保護層は、トリアジン系紫外線吸収剤、ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤、および金属酸化物からなる無機系紫外線吸収剤からなる郡から選ばれる少なくとも一種の紫外線吸収剤を含有することを特徴とする化粧シートを提供する。また、前記保護層が、前記樹脂に結合していないヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を含有していることを特徴とする化粧シート。

Description
なお、紫外線吸収剤の熱可塑性樹脂層2中における合計量は、熱可塑性樹脂100重量部に対し、1重量部以下が好ましい。
なお、紫外線吸収剤の保護層1中における合計量は、保護層1の重量に対し、10重量部以下が好ましい。
保護層の材料として、実施例1と同じトリアジン系紫外線吸収剤と、樹脂と反応しないヒンダードアミン系光安定剤(ビス(1,2,2,6,6−ペンタメチル−4−ピペリジニル)セバケートとメチル(1,2,2,6,6−ペンタメチル−4−ピペリジニル)セバケートの混合物)を含有する二液硬化型ウレタン系トップコート剤を用い、その他については実施例1と同様の材料、製造方法を用い、比較のための比較例1に係る化粧シートを作製した。なお、トリアジン系紫外線吸収剤およびヒンダードアミン系光安定剤は、実施例1と同様に、保護層の重量に対しそれぞれ5重量部および5重量部となるように添加した。
以上のように作製した実施例1、実施例2および比較例1のそれぞれの化粧シートについて、耐候性評価をするために耐候促進試験(メタルハライドランプ方式試験機 JTM G 01 2000日本試験機工業会規格)を行った。試験機は、ダイプラ・メタルウェザー(KU−R5CI−A:ダイプラ・ウィンテス株式会社製)を用いた。
耐候促進試験条件は次のようであった。
[1]光源ランプ:MW−60W、フィルター:KF−1(照射範囲295nmから780nm)、照度65±3mW/cm2(測定域 330nmから390nm)
[2]Light(照射)(53℃,50%RH)20.00時間
[3]Dew(暗黒結露)(30℃,98%RH)4.00時間
[4]Rest(休止)(30℃,98%RH)0.01時間
上に示した24.01時間のサイクルを1サイクルとして、耐候促進試験を行った。なお、シャワーはDewの前後に30秒行った。

Claims (5)
- 基材シート上に、第一級水酸基を有するヒンダードアミン系光安定剤が結合している透明若しくは半透明な樹脂からなる保護層が少なくとも積層されており、該保護層は、トリアジン系紫外線吸収剤、ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤、および金属酸化物からなる無機系紫外線吸収剤からなる郡から選ばれる少なくとも一種の紫外線吸収剤を含有することを特徴とする化粧シート。
- 前記保護層が、前記樹脂に結合していないヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記基材シートと前記保護層との間に、透明若しくは半透明な熱可塑性樹脂層が少なくとも積層され、該熱可塑性樹脂層はトリアジン系紫外線吸収剤、ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤、および金属酸化物からなる無機系紫外線吸収剤からなる郡から選ばれる少なくとも一種の紫外線吸収剤とヒンダードアミン系光安定剤とを少なくとも含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の化粧シート。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂層が少なくともポリオレフィン系樹脂から構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記基材シートに絵柄層を設けることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の化粧シート。
